Yo's Thai Street Food — Restaurant in Rochester

Thinking of trying Yo's Thai street food? Do it! This place is certainly a hidden jem amongst downtown Rochester. Definitely the best Thai restaurant we have around here! As an Asian person I am very picky about Asian food. The food tasted like nice at home thai cooking! All the pictures on their website are beautiful and I can assure you the real dishes look just as gorgeous in person! The flavors are very umami and rich. Crab rangoons were beautifully airy and light. Pad Thai had a deep nutty flavor complimented very well with the fresh bean sprouts and tender beef. Moo Ping was savory and rich served on fresh lettuce with a hearty amount of jasmine rice. The service was very good, our waitor was nice, upbeat and respectful. The atmosphere was also perfect! I got take out for 2, we both agreed that everything was GREAT, the best we'd ever had of our favorite thai foods. We both had the delicious Tom Yum soup and shared fresh spring rolls and money bags. The spring rolls were delightfully fresh and filled with crisp fresh ingredients with a very tasty dipping sauce. The money bags were new to us, and what a treat! Crisply fried and delicious with a sauce which was sweet and slightly spicy. A serving of 6 made it very shareable. Decided to try out Yo's on a whim as we were driving by around lunch today! I was craving Curry anything. We got Green Curry with Pork & the Appetizer sampler. Everything we got was good. Flavors were on point, however the only complaint I had was the fried food seemed very dark with black burnt spots like the oil was way too hot. We still ate everything. I also LOVED the cooler of drinks! I grabbed a Poppin Passionfruit Boba (WAS SO GOOD!!) & a banana one which I haven't tried yet!
