Absolutely the worse customer service I've ever had. Gabriel was the worse! I hardly ever stop to this location and I won't ever stop here again. The only reason I stopped was because I received a free dozen of glaze donuts for my birthday. I was headed to the hospital to visitation sick friend, so I was picking up the donuts so that I could gift them to the nurses. I purchased an item as well. Since, I've never used rewards and I'm not sure how it worked, I asked Gabriel a question. She was extremely rude and had a snobby attitude. I waited in the drive thru for over 7 minutes before making it to the window, so maybe she had an issue with someone else before me. However, I did nor said anything wrong to her. Thats unfair to take your anger out on someone else who did nothing. After the attitude and seeing that the item was not taken off of my total, I asked for a refund. She pretty much slammed down her device and yelled, give her a refund. After seeing that, I'd rather pay and go to Dunkin Donuts right down the street than to be treated like this. Lily came over to process my refund and she was very professional and pleasant. Still, no one explained the reward system to me. However, I will never return here again and I will be contacting corporate. I went back and read my reward and I was correct, and she was wrong. It absolutely blows my mind how someone is asked to do their job and they get upset with you for asking them a question that you didn't know. Horrible service and location. I do not recommend...

National Donut Day Uninformed ! My receipt states - I was at this store at 6:52 AM. My order was taken by Cashier 13 via the drive thur. I placed my order for a Custom Dozen and then requested the dozen original for the extra $1. When I pulled up I asked the young lady if she heard my request. She said "no". I told her about the deal showing online and she looked at her screen for what I assume was a coupon to choose that offer. She asked if I had a Coupon or the APP. I responded "NO", your website for National Donut Day states this is the offer for today only ! She promptly called for assistance- I hear her say "Erica" to ask for help. She returned and then told me about the $1 free donut and I responded I know about that offer and the vaccination free one as well- but that is not what I was there for. I just wanted to bring some to work for my department. Long story short the line was super long and I was holding up the line . I said never mind and I paid the regular price for the extra dozen. Side Note: I came to this location last year for the same offer and the young lady ( a different one ) was great and I receive the extra Dozen for the dollar. I wonder how many after me today requested this offer and didn't receive it ! Very Disappointed, she clearly didn't have the information or Tools needed ( a Coupon option)...

My wife and I have ordered donuts here before, but we won't be coming back here anymore. The service at this donut shop is horrible. When you place an order online they don't actually make the order until you show up in person to pick it up. Doing that defeats the purpose of making orders online. If they're out of donuts when you get there then you don't get donuts, and they refuse to give you a refund. This is called theft. If you stole from them they wouldn't like it and would try to have arrested, but when they do it to you then they think its ok as far as they're concerned. They claim that you have to call the customer service number to get a refund, which is a lie, since I've had other managers at this business issue me refunds when asked. As far as I'm concerned most of these reviews are probably fake and paid for by the business. When I demanded a refund because they didn't have our donuts ready, that we had already paid for, they threated to call the police on us. We told that we weren't leaving until we got a refund. After that the head manager came out and listened to what we had to say, and then gave us a refund. The funniest part was when the head manager didn't call the police on us after the assistant manager wanted to, and he just stood there pouting...
