Customer service is horrible here!! There was three young adults today! We came in at 3:30! The young man walked up and I had to say hello and didn’t say anything! My partner had told him you may want to write down my order he got a piece of paper wrote maybe four things on it then proceeds to put on gloves while she is giving order and was just shaking his head! The order was messed up she asked for bacon he said oh i forgot and brought the bacon from around the counter with his hands! He forgot the pickle and said he didn’t hear it! He didn’t hear it bc he wasn’t writing it down! India’s you forgot the pickles he comes from around the counter with the pickles in his hands i said sir can you please put them in a little cup! Nobody smiles the young lady and the register with the puffy ponytail came to the register and said you want combos no hello or nothing! The other lady with locs was just looking at me! I do have 1 thing that happened that actually was a blessing in disguise, I ordered the big kahuna and custom made it. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and said make it like mine... meaning the toppings lettuce, tomato, mayo, extra pickles. Read moreCame in to order two sandwiches on Christmas Eve after waiting in a lengthy line; one on white one on wheat. When I requested vinegar before any toppings on one sandwich I was told no. When I asked why I couldnt get vinegar on my bread, I was accused of being angry and told to get out of the store. Honestly flabbergasted by exchange and taken aback, I expressed I was just looking for clarity. Subsequently, I was screamed at to get out of the store and they refused to serve me. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to in order to resolve the issue. Apparently the party screaming at me was, in fact, the manager. Food isnt the issue, customer relations is. Will not be coming back to this place in my community. Will just go to the Celanese location moving forward.
