So for the 2ed time ive ordered something from there and not got what ive asked for or was shorted on my order. The 1st time I also had plastic corner from a packet cut off and was on my sandwich .. I about choked on it. I called and complained in which they offered another sandwich to make up for it but was too much of a trip to turn around and go get . Today with this order I order a fresh fit sandwich and added smashed avocado to the sandwich for a extra 2 dollars. We'll it wasn't applied to the sandwich and ive called 3 times no with no answer. Not only was the guy I had made my food rude had no personality and looked as if he hated life. I should've known from my past experiences that this wasn't the place to get a sub. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go this restaurant and if you do I would most definitely check you food and watch as its being made before you just grab and go... Im leaving such a review to help any and all future customers keep a eye out and know the service may suck...
   Read moreEveryone in my office switched to Jimmy Johns a while ago due to service, food quality, and price. Today, I decided to give Subway a try again today, and what a MISTAKE. I ordered a Tuna Salad online around 1:40. The receipt said it would be ready at 1:55. I was not able to leave my office until about 2:10. I got to Subway at 2:20 and the order was not prepared yet. I did not make a big deal about it although none of the employees bothered to acknowledge the problem (other than the cashier who said "sorry about that" when she handed me my order.). The reason for my review is the employee who prepared my salad. She had the nastiest look on her face and refused to make eye contact with me except to give me the nasty look. She was so miserable and unprofessional. Plus, after all that, she still got my order wrong! It's safe to say myself and my colleagues will stick...

With that being said I would never treat someone as they treated me today. I walk in very pleasant and before I could even get close to the counter the manager said âhow can we help you â with a very unpleasant attitude. I start off my order with my first sandwich, couldnât even get the details across about my first sandwich before he ask me âis it only one sandwich â, I replied ânoâ. With a disgusting attitude he said âwell you have to let us knowâ. The whole interaction was sad and left me upset. I wouldâve walked out and stopped my order but I have more respect and appreciation for people than they do apparently. I wasted 22$ for horrible...
