My recent visit to Tandoor Indian Cuisine in Rock Hill, SC, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were treated to an experience where both the food and the service shone brightly.

What truly impressed me was the extensive and thoughtful selection of vegan options. It's rare to find such a variety, and Tandoor truly delivers. Tandoor Indian Restaurant in Rock Hill is a delightful new gem that has quickly captured my heart (and my taste buds!). From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm ambiance and the tantalizing aroma of spices that promised an exciting culinary journey.

One of the standout dishes for me was the Kurkuree Bhindi. This crispy, seasoned okra was perfectly fried, achieving that ideal balance of crunch and flavor. It was a wonderful appetizer that set the tone for the meal to come.

Next up was the Amul Butter Masala, and let me tell you, this dish was nothing short of heavenly. This was my first time eating at this establishment so I will share my experience from entrance to exit. Upon entering the restaurant I was first in awe of the beautiful decor, they have a beautiful display of wines mounted on the wall. The waiter greeted us as soon as we entered he was very polite well groomed and professional, instead of just assume assuming where we wanted to be seated, he politely asked. As we took our seats he handed us our menus and asked if we would be having drinks. I indicated I wasn’t too familiar with Indian cuisine and he excused himself and brought over the owner who then recommended items to order based on my taste palette. The environment was very calming and gave a very family oriented vibe. It was very clean and smelled fresh like I could literally eat off the floor. Once the food was brought to the table which was less than 10 minutes, it was hot fresh and oooh so delicious. The mango tea was to die for. Baby when I tell you you will not be disappointed (believe me). We were never ignored and were asked if everything was ok. Upon leaving we were thanked for coming by and I did notice that the owner went to other tables with the same pleasant attitude.
