As an avid award winner homebrewer myself, I'm quite fond of their brew. I like the fact they are in touch with the brewing Renaissance of which they are part. Now the restaurant. I have nothing but good things to say with one exception. While the Mac and cheese was actually quite good, the price was a bit overboard: it's Mac and cheese. The fact they offer brisket for an additional price seems that they are aware the Mac and cheese is not entirely what it could be. I think $11 for a medium size M&C is a bit much. It should INCLUDE the chopped brisket for that price. Aside from the price it was actually quite good. Would I order it again? Hell yes. A great offering they have for pairing with this is the uncommon stout.
