Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rock Island

I have ordered from this pizza hut before and had cold pizza and the wrong order so idk why i thought this time would be different! I placed an order online which told me my pizza would be delivered in 1 hr. I called after a 1 30min wait and was told the wait time was 2 hrs. I told her that online told me an Hour so if it was going to be longer, they should have called! She asked me if i wanted to pick it up since it was ready and i told her no. Why would i want a cold pizza and cold cheese sticks that have been sitting and waiting to be delivered (this pizza hut is notorious for delivering cold pizza) I told the lady on the phone to cancel the delivery because i wasn't going to pay a delivery fee for a two hour wait and cold pizza. The management sucks here and the customer service as well as the food quality is piss poor! I WILL NEVER ORDER OR SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS PIZZA HUT LOCATION IN ROCK ISLAND IL. My family and I threw a birthday for my 8 year cousin, her favorite pizza place is Pizza Hut. She lives in Rock Island, and that was the only reason why we ordered from here in the first place despite the other bad reviews. We ordered 6 pizzas total, 1 sausage, 1 pepperoni, and 4 cheese. I was quoted an hour wait time for delivery. After an hour and a half we called and no one answered. We called a second time and the lady on the phone answered with hostility. She answered "hello?!" And I asked if this was the Pizza Hut in rock island and she said "what else would it be?" After this I was enraged. I instantly got in the car and drove to this establishment. As I arrived I got a call from my aunt saying that the pizzas arrived and they were all wrong. They sent 2 meatlovers, 2 sausage, and 2 supreme. I talked to the manager and he was nothing but rude and tried to get me to pay for said pizzas but thank god my aunt refused them. Not only did they ruin my cousins 8th birthday party, they pissed me off more than any restaurant I've been to. NEVER...

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered, received an email it would be an hour. In the confirmation email they sent me,was my address was correct. Someone else at my house was going to pay cash when it came so I decided to take a shower while we waited. While I was in the shower they called my cell phone, supposedly the address they received said I lived in Moline, not Rock Island. Since I didn't answer my phone, they cancelled my order. When I called them 15 minutes later, there was no offer to reinstate my order due to their system's error of my address. I was scolded for not answering my phone. When I checked my email and realized my address was correct in the confirmation that was sent to me, I called back & the so-called manager I was speaking with blamed me again for not answering my phone, didn't try to make it right whatsoever & hung up on me.
