Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rock Springs

I called in an order 45 minutes in advance to avoid the lines and rush I was told 8 bucks for the pizza. Upon arriving (on time) they had problems finding my order in addition to charging me $10.58. I paid at that time to avoid further delay and because I was in a rush to spend time with my family. They told it would be 5 minutes. 5 minutes later they told me 1 minute. 5 minutes later they told me soon. I asked for a refund. 5 minutes later they offered me the Phantom pizza (I never saw it come out and or packaged). I refused and wanted a refund still. 3 minutes later my refund still not complete I was offered the Phantom Pizza again. At this point I told them I had no more time for this and they can keep there money and pizza and left. Wasted my time almost ruined my evening. Don't know how the food was. Robbery was more honest.

I tried here again whilst i was passing through Rock Springs on a drive. Called ahead (again) made sure he repeated order back to me. He couldn't. I gave it to him again. Asked him to repeat it again. He couldn't. I was pretty fair with him and he must have written it down the third time.

I arrived about 5 minutes earlier as the roads were not as bad as I thought. No pizza. I did not pay this time and merely sat and waited. 15 minutes later still no pizza. I inquired to the fellow I spoke with on the phone. He showed me a scrap of paper he had written down my order on. He said pizza will be right up. I asked how long they take since I ordered 45 minutes in advance. This time he came clean. He explained he has had a lot of problems with order outs and they do not make the pizza till you arrive. I told him great. How long till my pizza is up? He said just hit the oven.... I told him I could not help him and I was leaving. He was pretty upset. He even went so far as to blame me! Luckily I had not paid for another phantom pizza. I will never ever go to this place again....

The food was OK but the staff treated us awful. They have advertised right on their door that the deep dish pizza is supposed to be hot and ready for 4pm to 8pm however when I went to order it at 5pm I was told that they have none and it would take them 20 minutes to make it. We told them that was fine and the lady working got all huffy like she didn't want to make them. she never asked me if I wanted anything else nothing and just walked off. So I waited until more customers came in so she would have to come out of the back and when they did I order the cheese bread sticks which she proceeded to just toss on the counter like it was so inconvenient for her to be waiting on me. I had to ask for sauce and napkins and everything else, she never once asked if I wanted anything. Then when the pizza came out it looked as tho it was just thrown together as fast as she could make it. No cheese around the crust or anything. Unsure what I did to make her so mad but I won't be making the mistake of going...

Honest to god out of all the pizza places I have gotten pizza from Little Caesar's is an easy number 1. On top of amazing taste, which I mainly credit to their sauce, their prices are more affordable than most of the competition. Overall Crust: 9/10 Cheese: 9/10 Sauce: 10/10 Pepperoni: 7/10 (its the weak point). The service is planty fine, never any rudeness of misunderstandings although this varies based on who nay be working so mileage may vary. The speed is fair, I have only ever gotten a somehwat larger quantity of food from them at any one time and never takes unreasonably long, we ordered 6 pizzas and 6 Crazy bread and our order was ready for us in 30 minutes. All things considered Little Caesar's gets a 9.8/10 from me as they arent completely perfect...
