Update: Oct 25
Again I couldn’t find chicken on my pizza after paying extra for chicken.
What a Shame !! Picture attached.
Dominos why you even have chicken on menu if you dont want to put it on pizza.
I want share one of my experiences for this store although it has happened many times but want to share so customers are aware.
I ordered 2 toppings (chicken, jalapeño) large pizza. They made the pizza but when I went to pickup I saw they put very less toppings. I made a complaint to person and they said they will remake it. I waited outside the store and after few mins I went inside and they said they made it again with extra toppings on it. I trusted them and went home with the pizza. When I opened the box I saw some unbaked pieces of chicken and jalapeño over the same pizza. They lied that they made it again with extra toppings but in reality they threw some pices of chicken and jalapeño over the same pizza without baking. I called them and complaint. After few minutes of talk they agreed to make it again.
With that conversation I was told that they use a scale which has 5oz of chicken and jalapeño on large pizza. I went to store and watched them making pizza, I noticed that they dont use any scale for anything and they just put toppings by hand assuming that they are meeting the scale standards.
Just be aware you have 5oz of chicken and veggies on your pizza. These guys don’t use scale and are saving their toppings by not following correct procedures.
In these times of inflation customer should be aware of such things and ask them to do it right way.
Hope this helps people and they get value for...
Read moreBeen ordering & carrying out from this Domino’s for over 10 years at this point. Thus far, even when regarding staff changes or other aspects:
•Pizza, soda, & bread quality have remained consistent. Be it the flavor or actual nutritional content, I’ve never experienced any especially damning issues when it comes to the food or drinks themselves. The preparation too has never been an issue, no matter if I order large or small food items. I get what I paid for, and the bare minimum had been always met.
•Staff are courteous & communicative, be it when delivering or awaiting carry out. When delivering, they call when necessary to ensure the address is accurate. When getting carry out, they ensure that the order remains as warm as possible until I’m able to arrive. In either cases, they have made sure that the correct order was delivered/given. They know the kind of job they do, and they get the job done all the same.
•The Domino’s app provides cheap local coupons for this location, which has been practically mandatory whenever ordering. They’re especially cost saving when doing carry out, and gives me another reason to drive out to pick up my order rather than relying on expensive deliveries.
In short, it’s a Domino’s, and a better one at that. I know what I want, what I pay for, and it’s exactly what I get. And the workers do their jobs with all the effort they have to muster, so particular thanks to them for all they have...
Read moreThis review is not about the staff or the management here. It's simply about the pizza, specifically the X-Large (16") Hand Tossed Pizza (cheese), which is $15.99 at the time of this review.
In a region that has 1000s of independent pizza shops, some not great, some good to excellent, this Domino's pizza easily ranks as the worst pizza I've ever eaten. It's not even debatable.
It looked like pizza, but the crust did such close approximation of being made of rubber I had to keep reminding myself that no, this was their pizza. This crust was also heavily salted with garlic salt which added flavor and texture but did not improve the crust, the truly awful tomato sauce and whatever kind of cheese or cheese mix they put on this horrible rubber-crusted pizza facsimile.
Does that cheese taste like mozzarella? No.
Is the sauce good? No.
Is the crust crusty? No, it has all the crustiness of a latex balloon.
Maybe this stuff works in the midwest or in some food desert, but not here, not for me or my family. Not ever again.
I cannot fathom how this chain became the pizza behemoth that out it is, but if this is what you think of when you think of pizza, your head will explode if you ever eat the real thing.
-2 stars from me, and that's...
