If i wanted to drink an entire oil bottle i would have done so without the help of this chinese restaurant. When i recieved my food from using a 3rd party app, my food was DOUSED IN GREASE. i took more time trying to drain grease from my food than i did actually eating or enjoying it. Im pretty sure it would have been better if was not doused in grease. As a pregnant woman who just moved into her new apartment same day i recieved food from here, i didnt have time yo cook and thought i can eat something fast and tasty. WRONG! I live in the neighborhood and always order from here but after today's strike 3 I'm done.Got a hair in one order-reported it and they denied it. No one in my house has red hair.(Strike 1) They have a new person on the phone who has messed up my order and sent me the wrong food(Strike 2). On this go around it was the same lady from strike 2 but she ended up getting unpleasant with me when I repeated the order back to make sure she got it right. Trying to help and she gets like that? PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES DONT GO HERE. I’m from out of town. I should’ve paid attention to the low rating. Won ton soup almost lukewarm and wontons hard. On soft food diet so they won’t be eaten. Supposed to be soft. Hot and sour soup also lukewarm and meh. About 4 bites of tofu. Vege lo mein is hot and ok. For the record, I was 1 mile away, left 5 min after ordering, and it was waiting.
