We stopped by this location of Arby's the day after Christmas, around 5 PM and used the drive thru.
Service was fine, there was a bit of a wait for fries, which was fine as fresh and hot fries are appreciated.
The Crinkle cut fries were a strange mixture of flaming hot fresh crunchy fries and old cold and limp fries with a mealy consistently, in both fry boxes.
Apparently, they must have cooked fresh fries, mixed them with some fries that had been sitting a while and then served them. The result was a few good and many awful fries. We ended up just throwing them all out!
Then, the Regular Roast Beef sandwiches were the Worst Ever. There was an ample amount of meat, however it was so old, dry, leathery and crunchy on the edges, that we were choking trying to swallow it.
Ultimately, we threw everything away.

Read moreI mean, it's Arby's. You know what you're getting. The location off of Phelps Street (by walgreens) offers the standard menu with efficient and friendly service. We ordered the King Hawaiian Fish sandwich because it got good reviews online. It was just ok. Culver's has a better fish sandwich, and they also have a fish & chips dinner and a fried shrimp basket. And they're right across the street. I prefer Arby's for their yummy Market Fresh sandwiches and the always popular curly fries. Oh...I also got a Buffalo chicken slider to see what it was all about. Next time I'll just get the Boneless buffalo...

We get home we eat our meal relax and then want dessert.... they did not give us the apple turnover. For a slow day where it was only 2 people through the drive through and no one else there.
