Arby's — Restaurant in Rockford Township

I honestly don't usually review fast food restaurants, but wanted to give a shout-out to this one. It's an emotional day for us, as we're saying goodbye tomorrow to a beloved little dog. We know she's always begged hardest for Arby's sandwiches, so we stopped here, picked up our mobile order, and because the weather was finally beautiful, sat on the grass verge to give her this treat.

A very kind employee, during a lull in the drive-thru, saw us again and called out her window to us, asking if we wanted some dog treats. We said we would, and she quickly left the building with a handful for us before we could meet her at the window.

She didn't know it was our last day with our beloved pet, but it really means a lot when people take a minute to care on a difficult day. Thank you. Wish we had a thousand more happy...

I went through the drive-thru tonight for just a large fry and waited a little while cause of the car in front of me (which was totally fine!! I wasn’t in a hurry :) ) and when I pulled up to the window to pay, the nice worker gave me the fries and said not to worry about paying!! It was very very kind and made me very happy! I often visit this location because it is closest to my work. Usually, I go use the drive-thru, but recently I was picking up orders for multiple people from work. After placing my order, I asked Heather the shift manager if she'd be able to divide up the orders into individual bags to make it easier on me when I brought them back to my co-workers.
