Took my tablet in to have them fix the charge port and it worked for like 3 days and now it won't charge again and is loose like the old one..
UPDATE: We took our tablet back to them on Tuesday about the charging port being loose again. He looked at it and told us it was loose again and that it would be fixed cover under the 30 day warranty. We were told it would be ready on Thursday. Needless to say we went to pick up tablet up yesterday only to be told that they did fix it but it wasn't their fault that it broke that it was ours. He accused us of wiggling the charger in it and that it broke the soldering. (The soldering should not have broken it it was done correctly, I've called and spoken to others about while trying to find out how much the problem we are now having with it is going to cost to be fixed, which I will be addressing in a minute). Our review was also rudely brought up while we were there picking up our tablet and we were asked to remove it as it was a negative review. We would have been happy too had it not been for how we were treated and that our tablet was broken more. The small clips on the inside of the tablet that hold the backing on are broken on the corner and the corner is now lifted up and the back of the tablet is coming off. I addressed the issue with him and was completely ignored about it. He messaged me on Facebook today asking me to remove my review, and when I addressed the clips being broken and how rudely he treated us, and that he blamed us for his mistake, he was very rude to me. Told me I can take my business elsewhere and that is customers like me that store owners wouldn't have even helped us in the first place. We were completely nice to him, and I understand the review brings down his rating but we were only being truthful about the experience we had here and we're treated poorly because of that.. He won't take responsibility for breaking the tablet more, and won't even try to make it right or even offer to refund our money so we can have his mistake fixed. Read moreI dropped my Iphone XR on a concrete floor and cracked the right top corner of my screen. I brought it to Shawn and he told me I broke the LCD and it would cost $150. I didn’t want to spend that much so I called and visited other places and got a quote on the price and theirs was by far the cheapest. I dropped my phone before I could get it fixed and I broke the LED light which was an extra $25 but luckily they gave me 20% off!!! The associate who fixed my phone did it in under 30 minutes and he was nice enough to put on my new screen protecter and phone case! If i ever have any more phone troubles i will surely be back.
