Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rockford Township

I have been extremely disappointed in both my experiences with this location. My first order was a delivery. The delivery was 20 minutes late and 2 of the pizza's looked they had been dropped. Ok.... mistakes happen. I can let it slide and give them another chance. My next order was a complete fiasco. I placed an order online for store pickup. After and hour, the tracking app had not progressed from the "ordered" to 'preparing" phase. I called the store and got a message that their store phone was down. After that, I dove to the location to see what the deal was. When I got there, my food was ready to be picked up but when I looked at the receipt, it said it had been sitting there for over 30 minutes. So... after they completed my pizza they didn't update the app and they didn't call me. I have no idea how they expected me to know when to pick it up. Seeing that the pizza had been sitting there for over 30 minutes I told the guy I wasn't going to pay for old pizza. He then took the pizza off the counter and told me I could leave, rather than finding a solution. I then agreed to pay for it and told him that the service sucked at which point he took the pizza off the counter again and told me I had to leave because of my "attitude". The guy had no sense of self-awareness. Like dude, YOU made the mistake. Say sorry and move on. I didn't wake up today to get in a fight about pizza. This guy was on a total power trip. I made a order of $76 last night on the 40 wings they were supposed to put three barbecue and three buffalo on the side and I wanted 12 wings plane because I could not eat any flavors because of my stomach. They showed up with the wings and they’re all dipped in barbecue after arguing back-and-forth they wanted me to drop off the wings I said no way I can’t leave my company. They sent a driver to pick up the wings and I thought they would have my other wings with him and he did not he said he had to take these wings to the store first and then don’t make them and bring them back so from 730 order I would be finishing my dinner beyond 10 o’clock at night I will never order from this place ever again. I used to go here because it’s close by my home . I won’t be back again. I got home from a procedure today and needed something easy . I order a pick up for an XL pizza . I get home with it and it’s very undercooked and my fingers are breaking into it and one even broke apart just picking it up. My son wouldn’t even eat it. I take it back and the girl with green hair tells me it’s supposed to be like that. Like I never ate an XL pizza before . So I say if it’s supposed to be that way then I wanted two mediums with different crust . She then proceeds to charge me again for pizza . Like I had not just driven home, opened the pizza and tried to eat it and drove all the way back. She was not apologetic in any form . She wouldn’t give me a manger name or the pizza back to take pictures if nothing was wrong with it. I get home and the two medium pizza are so under cooked and bending like spaghetti .
