Subway — Restaurant in Rockford Township

I ordered the meat of the day (black Forrest han) on a footlong sandwich, which is $6, I added oven roasted chicken breast on the whole sandwich for additional $3. I was charged for the black Forrest ham $6.99. The regular sandwich is $5.79 or $6 for the meat of the day special. My total bill was $10. 91, my bill should of been about little over a dollar less. I talked with 3 different employees and they wouldn't give me my money back. I don't care about the dollar, but if every customer ordered the black Forrest ham and as sharing a dollar more subway would be ripping people off because the price is advertised for $6. The first two employees I talked to told me they wouldn't give me a refund. The third said they couldnt give me a refund as the manager wasn't there. But at least my sandwich...

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! On 2/13/24 around 11-11:30 am at this subway. The cashier #1010 on the receipt gave herself a tip from my drive through order. I didn’t notice until I made it 5 minutes up the road. I drove back to the restaurant confronted her as polite as possible. Until she told me “I” did it. Her SCAM is if you pay with debit or Apple pay she tells you, that you have to hold the card reader just long enough for her to say “Never mind it worked this time” so that if you comeback to confront the issue her excuse is that she handed you the reader so you must have tipped her. the food is fine, after all it is a franchise. I gave it a poor review because I cannot believe that I got there after 1 on a weekday, ordered, and when I went to pay, the cashier said "sorry, we don't have change for $100" and added "most people go to the bank (2 blocks away) and get change", leading me to believe this happens often. what kind of business doesn't accumulate 5 $20 bills over the course of lunch??
