Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Jimmy John's is supposed to be freaky fast more like freaky SLOW!!! The subs are okay they're not even that good. I have been sitting here waiting for my meal (online order for delivery) for well over an hour, I called to see what's going on the gentleman that answered the phone was absolutely rude and told me my order was on the road I told him my tracker still only said order received at 12:20 p.m that's when he proceeded to tell me it was going to be at least another 30 mins. Otherwise he could cancel my order, here I am still sitting here waiting for my order. Crazy this is the second time for very slow delivery but today's delay is way to long I'll never order delivery from this Jimmy John's again I could have done been there back home ate lunch and cleaned up in the amount of time it took them to make one meal and deliver it 5 mins...

Well we ordered online 15 min ahead. Waited at the drive thru for 10 Min while they got our order made. Not busy. Meat slicer making mush out of a head of lettuce.(never turned off,slicing nothing) finally had my order handed to me and not a word spoken. No thank you, no here you go, nothing. And the guy had a tattoo that said "faith" on his forearm. He needs a lesson on faith. Last time I get Jimmy John's. No big deal to them but just keep in mind if you visit this location in Loves Park IL. Oh and the sandwich was not good. Skimpy for a veggie sandwich,it needed some of the lettuce mush from the meat slicer. Jersey Mike's is so much better for the price. Not...

Having kids run a store is crazy work they were so mad I walked in made my sandwich without even asking what I wanted on the sandwich and threw me the bag didnt ask not one question sandwich had 1 slice of meat horrible as hell and I see why I stopped eating it service was horrible please remove children from running a store I didn’t see one adult at all worst service ever never again wasted 25 dollars on a sandwich that had no meat on it literally one slice because I had to remove things I didn’t want on my sandwich since they took it upon myself to make my food with out even letting me finishing...
