They had a lot going on short of staff interviews orientation and it was lunch hour. My kids and I decided to dine in considering the drive thru line was so long. After ordering from the kiosk machine upon completion it never printed out my ticket so after waiting about 5 minutes for someone to come to the front so I could ask about my order the gentleman stated my order wasn't placed so I had to reorder everything once I did that my kids waited about 5 more minutes for our cups to get the fountain drinks then had to wait to speak with someone then ask for straws and and additional cup that they didn't give us then we waited almost 25 minutes to get out order and it was all wrong we were missing a burger missing sauces for the nuggets and a fry also the food want even fresh after the wait I was aggravated at this point and wanted nothing to do with my food I stayed only foe my kids and just watch them enjoy their lunch despite...
Read moreI had a very disappointing and hurtful experience at your drive-thru this past Tuesday. As someone who is part of the deaf and hard of hearing community, I already face daily challenges when communicating — but I never expected to be mocked or disrespected at your restaurant.
When I struggled to hear the person taking my order through the speaker, they loudly shouted “OH MY GOD!” in frustration. It was not only unprofessional — it was insensitive and embarrassing.
McDonald’s is a globally recognized brand, and with that comes the responsibility to train your staff to treat all customers with dignity and understanding, including those with hearing impairments. We deserve the same level of respect as anyone else.
I hope you take this seriously and provide better training to your team — not just in customer service, but in disability awareness and sensitivity.

It always tastes good even though it doesn't taste like gourmet food it does to me because I'm only spending a couple of dollars for a whole meal. And to feed my family, it costs around 20 dollars in total. The service is friendly, there's many different ways to order food and pick up/get your food. There's plenty of parking and an app that you can easily order food on and essentially save money by getting points that you can save up to get food for free. They always have deals/coupons. Whatever you want to call them in the app that you can use to your liking and mcdonalds has been around so long. They keep adding things to their menu and changing stuff up every now and then.
