I honestly don't appreciate being frisked like a criminal every time I have recently gone here and this is also the key reason as to why I have stopped going here.

You can rest assured that I will be taking my business to some other place that appreciates their customers more, as we're the very reason why they're in business and will continue to be in business in the future.

I do not know who's bright idea it was to begin frisking customers, especially regulars who had routinely patronized an establishment multiple times in the past years and without a single unsavory incident.

This gives bad precedence and only ends up in a sour experience for the patrons and a poor reputation for the establishment who so chooses to engage in said activities that results in loss of dignity to the patrons who are subject to this unreasonable form of treatment. In response to the owner's reply to my review here, I "used" to patronize your establishment 'often' but no more, since customers also have rights, for which shall not be infringed upon; and with this said, regardless of whether or not you may claim that your establishment is "private property" for which such statements would not bear any legal weight when said establishments are open to the public, in addition to the simple fact that your claims to paranoia are baseless & unfounded, and if you "fear" for your safety, then maybe you should just barricade yourself inside your house & never leave home.

Most establishments hire a security detail where there may be a constant threat or concern for violence & where order & control must be maintained, however there's a fine line as to where such protocols must not be crossed, especially when unwarranted searches are performed outside of reasonable or probable cause, or as in the suspected commission of a crime or a criminal activity as defined by law; for which private citizens do not have such power or authority outside of government or law enforcement officials who are charged with such duties of power or authority (for which they've received specific training and are also subject to punitive, civil liabilities/criminal penalties under federal law --- U.S.C. Title 18; Section 242 & 243; U.S.C. Title 42; Section 1983, if they so choose to deprive civil rights under the color of law, for which they've sworn an oath of office to uphold & defend the Constitution for the United States.)

Private civilians do not have legal entitlement to such powers or authorities as entitled by government law enforcement officials to exercise the same such duties as duly sworn law enforcement officers in exercise of their official duties.

For this reasoning behind the law, private civilians acting outside of the official capacity of law enforcement agents or agencies have no legal protections or authority & any legal accountability as established by law.

This is why it would be considered felony unlawful restraint for a private civilian to handcuff or shackle another individual or to physically bond or to hold them against their free will.

No other establishment in the City of Rockford other than the Tiger Tail Lounge that I know of performs invasive frisking body searches of everyone who so chooses to enter their respective establishment.

I have no plans on returning to your establishment anytime soon or anywhere in the near or...

Been going here for almost 4 years-Here's the thing guys, this club is amazing, and there's some awesome people there including the thorough and safety focused security and management staff that makes this probably the best place in rockford to hang out. The girls are wonderful. Just be friendly and don't be afraid to throw some money around. Especially on a weekend! If you have a bad time it's only because you weren't ready to party, it's meant to be a great experience for people who want to go a little harder than usual and enjoy the fruits of how hard we work day in and day out. If you're there to mooch and try and cheat your way on a cheap $2 beer focus it's not your crowd, we love to go here to have some serious fun! Maybe I arrived at a bad time 7:30pm, but there was nothing going on. 1 dancer onstage, but she seemed near the end of her shift and wasn't very engaging. Took about 8 minutes for my drink order of a blue moon to get to me. Sure I wasn't saddled up to the bar, but it shouldn't take that long.

I was never approached, even after making a show of counting my money. There were a few dancers hanging around 1-2 gentleman at the bar, possibly regulars, but they never looked around.

I'm hoping that I just came during a change over in dancers (did see one change to street clothes and a couple come in) but I didn't have all the time in the world to wait
