Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rockingham

I should’ve known from my first call to place the order that the service was terrible. The male worker who picked up the phone the first time ended the call on me with no estimated time and was mumbling. All I wanted was an EMB no pep! Yet, I left the first time with a pepperoni. Went back talk to the GM, I get an other pepperoni pizza. I’m a vegetarian, I simply won’t eat meat. I ask for a third time the GM looks at me like I’m crazy, I will admit I was heated. It’s very frustrating, and unnecessary. The customer service isn’t there. They did not greet new customers or happily engage. And once I left with the cheese pizza(a hour after my original order was placed) the GM said nothing. Not a single word. Shout to the two younger girls in there they knew how to deal with...

The employees have no idea what they are doing. All i ordered was a cheese pizza. A single order of just 1 CHEESE pizza. I walk in, pay, and get handed my pizza only for it to be cheese and pepperoni. I’m not typically one to go back and complain but i’m a vegetarian, so i wasn’t gonna eat this pizza. We go back in and tell them we need a cheese. They give us a second pizza, before we leave we open the box.. only for it to have pepperoni on the second one too! we looked at the general manger of the store and she looked at us as if she had no idea what the problem was. We said, uh we need a cheese pizza. 45 minutes later, i finally get my one single cheese pizza i ordered. and it tasted like cardboard. Thanks little ceasers. I will never come...

Today 2/19/2023 I order 2 pizzas, one hawaiian and 1 custom stuffed crust round with extra pepperoni and extra mushrooms. The order was delivery on a different house even when I described that we have one fire hydrant outside our home. It have one option to see where the delivery guy left the order (on a secure place) and I don’t know what it was but the only thing that you can see nothing from it. The other problem is that I paid for extra mushrooms and extra pepperoni on my pizza and you can barely see the mushroom on my pizza and if I’m paying for something at least I expect that it will have it.

They usually have a really good service, I don’t know...
