Taco Loko — Restaurant in Rockingham

We come here fairly often and the food is always pretty good. Today we ordered a hard shell kids taco meal with a side order of chips and salsa. They forgot the salsa dip so we turned around to go back but there were already more cars in the drive through. The crunchy taco was getting soggy while waiting, so since it was their mistake that made us have to wait longer, we asked if they could remake one for us as compensation. The young man then asked for the box, and usually I wouldn't say anything, but during times of a pandemic, cross contamination should be completely avoided. I handed it over anyway and simply mentioned the issue of cross contamination so that maybe they could rectify in the future. When the young man came back he snarkily said "we remade your meal for you so that there's no cross contamination". Which not only made absolutely no sense, haha, obviously the cross contamination has already occurred, but was extremely rude. Accidents happen and are understandable when the problem is rectified, so if it weren't for his extra comment I probably would have left a great review. We won't be returning...

First time coming in, the servers were wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and very pleasant. The salsa was very tasty and the chips were fresh and hot. I ordered the arroz con pollo with shrimp and it was perfectly cooked. Chicken and shrimp were great. My fiance ordered fajitas with chorizo and forgot to tell them no guacamole. He's hated avocados since he was a small child, but he gave the guacamole here a try and he loved it. It is, to date, the only guacamole he's ever liked. This has to be the worse place on the blvd.. I went thru drive thru and ordered a steak ranchero with shrimp and nacho loco with steak… my son nachos were dry and lacked flavor so I went Inside to get more nacho sauce and when I got inside they act like I wasn’t even a paying customer very rude and impatient.. I had to buy another sauce and guacamole which came up to almost 10 dollars… so I rode down the road and taste my steak ranchero and let me tell u it’s the worse steak I ever had.. the whole plate was trash the need to be investigated for fraud or sumthin done about the lack of cooking goin on back there lol I will not go back and they lucky I don’t boycott this place smh run y’all keep goin and don’t...
