Starbucks — Restaurant in Rockingham

I asked for an iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso for a pick me up, and what I got was a caramel macchiato with more creamer than coffee. More than half of the venti cup was creamer where the coffee and the espresso sat on top. Couldn’t mix it together because the cup was so full it was coming out of the lid. Not to mention no caramel. I rarely able to treat myself, and when I do I expect to have it right, and not some creamer tasting coffee. I will make the extra effort and go to Southern pines, or make sure the young man with the color hair makes mine. 100%...

I encourage you all to go inside one day as opposed to passing through the drive through. This store is disgusting. The employees are unkept, all tables are dirty, and underneath of the machines are filthy. It looks like they sweep the floors under the machines each night before leaving. I also encourage you all to take a look at the barista stations. They are filthy. The male baristas hands look like they have been working under the hood of a car and playing in dirt all day. Absolutely disgusting! I hope that Starbucks Corporate gets involved and gets this...

I feel like they rush making the drinks. On 3 different occasions of me going here I usually ask for a FROZEN pineapple passion fruit lemonade , they have been watery , not frozen , taste like water & ice. Once , okay but 3 times is crazy. The drive through is always a very long wait even if it’s only 2 cars. I understand a lot of places are short staff so I don’t put that on the employees but I do think they need more training on how to make specific drinks at this location. Prices are too high for them to give me watered down...
