Subway — Restaurant in Rockland

Ordered online and order was wrong at pick up, remade sandwich, they forgot drink and chips with one of the meals, one of the ordered sandwiches was missing the main ingredient "roasted chicken". Called to ask for a reorder or money refund of the incorrect order but I was quickly told "this does not constituent a refund". Service from young man over the phone was short and snarky rude, not helpful to resolve the issue. And to top it off he accused my wife and I of yelling, which we were not he was on speaker, idiot. Not a bad location for a subway. They tend to make things pretty normal. The service is pretty lame. I have gone here and the guy seemed confused by the request I was putting in. One great thing I can say is that they had what appears to be a regional manager that was working at one of the tables there. We ordered 2 sandwiches online to be picked up, one 12" and one 6", one drink and one bag of chips. When my husband arrived to pick up there were two 6" sandwiches, they remade a 12".
