I really do love this bagels shop normally! Your employees are very welcoming, helpful, and pleasant!! My favorite is the BLT on a toasted bagel, but today it was definitely not great!! I got my BLT bagel to go and when I got back to my home I began trying to eat it. The bacon was so burnt that you get the bitter taste left in your mouth, and the burnt taste as your chewing!! Also the tomato still had the green stem inside! ☹️ Normally I would not even go as far to write a review but the number listed for the business keeps telling me "the number can't be completed as dialed as the party is busy and to try again later " I have tried at least 15 times. Rude and mean Owner! People she doesn’t like usually don’t get what they want in the order.. I personally can never get a drink when I deal straight with her.. there’s something always unavailable for me and I have to cancel it or wait forever.. just me! People around get served in order! I’m so sick being treated like that for my money that I’m spending at this bagel shop as I live locally in rockland. What I ever did to you?? With limited staff and supply this place is kicking butt providing truly delicious and affordable bagels to the public. We loved it. Most budget friendly and delicious meal we had when we were staying in the area - only wish we had a Hole In the Wall back home! Shout-out to the kind, hardworking employees.
