I like this place and the food is yummy. It’s a simple menu but mistakes happen, tonight my online order was incomplete. Whatever, we’re all human. The problem is there is no way to call this place. So I thought I could make a quick call and get the item refunded but instead I found myself hangry and frustrated after checking FOUR platforms for a phone number. This leaves me to message them and invest more of my time navigating this absurd situation that should absolutely not be this complicated. It’s just….very lame. Would definitely give a higher rating if they had a phone number or if they’d gotten my simple three item order (that they cooked before my pickup time so it wasn’t super warm and seems like they had time to check it against the receipt) correct. Will go again but not for a while as this has left a bad taste...

HORRIBLE experience. Placed my order online at 4:25 and paid. Said it would be ready at 4:40. Cool. I pull up in front of the door and wait in my car until 4:40. One other customer came and got their food during the ten minutes I was there.

I went in at 4:40. Told the girl at the register my name, she looks back at the other two girls on the kitchen and says they're just about to start.

Wait, what ?

They didn't "hear" the notification.

There were literally three of them at work. One other customer (the other one who came for pickup).

They could easily see my car sitting there for ten minutes.

I got a refund, no...

My wife and I stopped here for dinner tonight. I got the cheeseburger and she got the veggie burger. We also got onion rings and an order of French fries. She said the veggie burger was good and similar to the morning star farms veggie burger. Everything was hot and fresh. The price was similar to five guys and the quality was there to match. If they had milkshakes I would say they are right up there with five guys. Great spot. Decent prices especially considering other restaurants in the area. Will dine again. Thanks for a...
