I never give 5 stars, but this was so good. At first we were leery of the concept and the building, but we tried it and were blown away. The flavor was good, the crust was excellent and the combinations worked from a culinary standpoint. Even my picky kids liked the cheese pizza and fried rice. Very pleasantly surprised by Spice when we ordered for the first time yesterday. We used doordash and got some chicken fingers and tried the pad thai. The chicken fingers had a wonderful LIGHT tempura batter and the chicken was fresh and juicy. You could tell these were made using fresh ingredients. They are not greasey at all. It comes with a nice chili type dipping sauce. The pad thai wad also delicious! Fresh and hot! Generous amounts of chicken (I didn't have shrimp in mine) eggs, scallions and peanuts. First time eating here since they opened. We ordered a Masaman Curry pizza, Bangkok Express pizza, and the Basil Fried Rice. Who knew Thai flavors could taste so good on pizza?!? Both were delicious. As another review mentioned, the dough is sweet, which wasn’t bad but not my preference. I simply ate everything but the crust. As for the rice, this is a staple we try at every Thai restaurant to gauge their cooking - this was delicious rice, filled with fresh, crisp bell peppers (both red and green), cucumbers, and plenty of basil.
