Highbrow — Local services in Rockland

3.5 stars- Very nice staff, very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is also nice- but the only reason why I give a 3 star is because it's WAY Over priced ($55 for an 1/8th!?!! What the heck is it infused with gold?!) corporate (all flash, little bang) Little to no draw for savvy users of cannabis (because a savvy user knows they can get a naturally grown, quality strain to suit their needs for as little as $25-35 an 1/8.)

Now, if they had a wide array of edibles, or other paraphernalia that would be redeeming. However, this was not the case. They do have an interesting selection of cannabis infused topicals. However, putting cannabis in everything doesn't necessarily make it good. As always, do your own research when it comes to substances. Granted, it is the first recreational dispensary in the area, but I wouldn't recommend them. That being said, the staff are very knowledgeable about the strains they do have and their effects. I did get a lovely strain to see what highbrow has to offer; Alien Rift- a wonderful strain - but a good strain does not 5 stars make. All in all, I wouldn't recommend. Absolutely the Best Dispensary in Maine!

I’ve been living in Maine for 5 years and have tried several dispensaries, but none compare to this one. I recently made the switch, and I’m so glad I did. From day one, they’ve treated me incredibly well. The customer service is top-notch — the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They really know their products and go out of their way to make sure you leave with exactly what you need.

What really surprised me is that I used to think they were more expensive than other places, but it turns out they’re actually the most affordable in the area — and with way better quality. They always have what I’m looking for, and everything is consistently fresh and top-tier.

Upon arrival to this recreational “pot shop” I was skeptical. From the initial interaction with the giant gatekeeper to being inside left my eyes darting around with the pleasing interior aesthetic. The employees are friendly & helpful. They are quick to inform you that they have a shop in Waldoboro (Medical) available for all medicinal patients. The Rockland store (recreational) is pioneer in the recreational industry & I felt very welcomed by the warmth & wondrous scents.
