Disappointing Interview Experience: Lack of Professionalism and Poor Management
Review: My recent interview experience at this establishment for the GM position left much to be desired. Despite arriving promptly at 8 am, I was informed that the place wouldn't open until 10 am, which was quite disconcerting. Moreover, the crew member seemed unaware of my scheduled interview and lacked the necessary assistance from the manager department.
The unprofessional conduct exhibited by the management is deeply concerning. After a 30-minute drive and waking up at 6:30 am to ensure punctuality, I expected a more organized and professional approach. The state of the business reflected this lack of structure, as the premises appeared untidy and neglected.
A well-managed business sets the tone for a positive customer experience, and it's evident that this establishment falls short in this regard. The lack of professionalism displayed during the interview process raises questions about the overall management and their ability to run the business effectively.
As a prospective candidate, I would have appreciated clear communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process. Unfortunately, my experience here has left me with a negative impression of the company. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them promptly to improve both the candidate experience and the overall image of the business.

I ordered my food and it was incorrect when they read it back I corrected them twice only to get to the drive-through pay window and it was still wrong and four dollars over what it should be . I asked for ketchup and a receipt . Sorry we don’t have receipts we can take a picture with your phone if you’d like I was concerned seems that there was a discrepancy in the amount it should’ve been in the amount that they charged us I waited until it came through on my bank receipt to verify they did indeed charge me correctly so as for ketchup no ketchup as for turkey on my Gyro no turkey I heard yell yelling from the background No cheese on the roast beef right well we came from Melbourne area for lunch not knowing that they weren’t open in the dining area. So we decided to sit in the parking lot to eat as it’s a 30 minute drive back to Melbourne no catch up oh and how are you going to drink your milkshake no straws oh but there are napkins well because the back up on the drive-through was so long I couldn’t even back out of the parking space to go home and because you can’t get into the dining room we couldn’t get any straws or catch up there was another boy standing and I say standing at the drive-through window waiting for a sandwich that he didn’t get when he went through come on this is ridiculous . Read moreWent to US1 Titusville last night near closing time. Order 2 of the new burgers meal to try for the first time. It was trash, only because everything was old and hard. Called and spoke to a night manager who pulled up my ticket from just 20 mins prior and apologized right away. He said he was washing dishes and stepped off the line at that time. Ok, I was less mad. Sounding very sympathetic, he asked my order and pulled my receipt up and said to come back when he was there and he would replace it. Today I called and he's not there and the manager MIKE said just come in and I will replace it. After ordering at the intercom and they knowing exactly who I was, I got to the window, and I heard a man ask the lady if they gave you a receipt. She said no and she doehave one and I already confirmed the order. Mike proceeded to tell her loudly, that if a customer goes to Walmart to replace something, you have to have a receipt or you don't get it.
