This is so much more than a flower and coffee shop. There are plenty of those around. This is a place where beauty, artistry, and grace are experienced with each visit. I was fortunate enough to have found out that a local spot whose floral arrangements were unrivaled also expanded their offerings to the world of craft coffee and European-styled bakery fare, and was there on their second day of being open for business on the coffee side. From the moment I turned the corner to see the charmingly adorned decor, I was greeted by beautiful and welcoming faces and the cleanliness and luxuriance of the environment was perfectly balanced by the kind of service you’d expect to receive if your best friend was hosting you for coffee. That is hard to pull off, but Cristina and her team do it flawlessly. Now for the coffee - I was in a flower shop so I figured a lavender latte would be apropos. It was like the rest of the experience - PERFECT. Funny enough, I was so excited about my first experience that I hurriedly left to go tackle my day with coffee in hand that I forgot to grab the almond croissant I ordered LOL. I hadn’t even made it 10 steps out of the coffee shop before the owner kindly chased me down to make sure I didn’t leave without my delicious croissant and it was the best almond croissant I have had to date! I have been in the shop a handful of times since my first interaction, and they always remember my name and are genuinely some of the sweetest humans I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. And the lavender latte has been consistently on the money every time.

Uh huh, uh huh- SHE UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! I can’t say enough good things about Cristina and The Patinaed Fleur. We were lucky enough to be able to book her for our January wedding and let me tell you- she went above and BEYOND to make sure our vision came true. I first found The Patinaed Fleur on Instagram. I was looking for a vendor in the Central Florida/Space Coast area to do a wedding in Vero Beach (which we planned from Alaska). I reached out to Cristina and shortly after, she got back to me. She was so kind and professional and I knew right away that she was the person I wanted to work with! I started off sending a color palette and one inspiration picture to Cristina. I had no real idea what I wanted and changed my mind about 15 times throughout the planning process. But, Cristina pointed me in the right direction, asked the right questions, and figured out exactly what it was that I wanted. On the day of the wedding, Cristina and her husband showed up and she is just as wonderful as you’d expect. She’s so nice, calm, but energetic. Her husband is very supportive and helpful as well. The two of them are an excellent team. Cristina constructed a beautiful arch piece, lovely bridesmaids/bridal bouquets, and gorgeous stems for the tables. We worked with Cristina for our wedding and her florals really brought all of my Pinterest visions to life! I had a ton of visual references and was very undecided in the beginning, but Cristina helped me narrow down a style, and was very flexible to help me achieve the vision I wanted within our price point. I ran into a small hiccup trying to get a quick answer on occasion (phone was down when I called and there was a slight delay between some emails) but at the time, she was in the middle of a shop relocation and we were coordinating during the holidays, so that may be resolved now. Either way, she reached out to me directly so that I could text or call with questions and we were able to tie up any loose ends before the wedding.

Cue the wedding: I was blown away by how gorgeous her work was! I’d visited her shop a few times in the past and bought some dried florals, but this time I opted for fresh and I could not stop staring at my bouquet and the arches she built. She did an incredible job, and went out of her way to add extra floral details to our “Find Your Seat Station,” which I really appreciated.
