Cloud Nine Smoke Shop -2 — Local services in Rockledge

I normally come to this smoke shop every few days never have had a problem with my vapes from here until last night. I bought my two usual CaliPlus bars that are always normally great. I bought the frozen mix berries and the frozen blue raspberry so I would have them for work in the morning today. I was smoking the frozen blue raspberry and that was fine but when I switched to the frozen mixed berries it tasted burnt so I let it sit for a little bit at work today then tried to hit it again and still a very burned taste. I figured since I’m on camera, along with proof or purchase, along with being a loyal costumer going to both of their locations and buying cases of these very often it would not be a problem since I even still had the package and it wasn’t even 24 hours later and not once have ever had a problem (until now). They told me no that there’s nothing they can do. i was inside ur store bout to pay for my vape today [oct 30 25]chatting with the tall cashier racheal when some body bust thru the door and interuptted to asked about someones work key. the girl at the register racheal apollogized said she didnt have it on her. the other person seemed like another another e.mployee started walking out but not before loudly yelling WAS SUPPOSRD TO TXT EARLIER BUT I DIDNT WANT TO TALK WITH YOU. cashier looked embarrassed and apollogized for my discomfrt.just all around unproffessional and weird. employees need to learn to keep thier drama away from customers. that makes ppl feel weird and not welcome when ur yelling pst them while they try to purchase...

The CBD that you can vape in a mod box that they sell separates ,which it should not the big guy who works there informed me that when I start smoking it ,it will form into a solution again. I should not have to do anything to make the CBD form back into the liquid , not to mention that if it is separated than I either have to heat the entire bottle on a stove top to make it into a solution or I loose expensive product long story short don't shop cloud nine, over priced CBD , staff that doesn't care and is unwilling to fix something...
