Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Rocklin

I would give this place negative star if I could. I should have put this review on sooner but I didnt.

We went here for a quick brunch before heading to school. First of all, my husband and I are Asian. I know there are not many asians in this Rocklin area. The employee named Carlos treated us differently. I also worked in the f&b industry, I’ve worked in fast food, thai and korean restaurants so I know the pressure. I understand if you are having a bad day, everything is crazy and you still have to show up for work. But never in my life had I treated my customers badly. He didnt even welcome us or smile. He asked my husband in a very cold rude attitude “small or large”. There were combos so it was confusing that “was that about the drinks or fries?”.

The story didnt stop there. Then a Caucasian male walked in. This employee CARLOS was happily greeting him, asking how his day has been and took his order. They were talking and laughing.

The restrooms are dirty and it seems like they didnt care about the cleanliness either. I always give good reviews, try to understand and sympathize but this one still makes me mad thinking about it. Stop being...

I was at the drive through on my lunch break and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the guy took my payment then got me a double bacon cheese burger (ultimate cheese burger) and after I paid I told him that that's not what I ordered so he then changed it to the spicy chicken. I asked him if it was the same price and he said yes (which is not theres about $2 difference) then i asked for buffalo sauce and he said he only has redhaut (which is buffalo sauce) and i informed him it was the same. He did not give me the receipt and I had to go back to work so i did not have time to argue about the price and i ate the sandwich. The chicken was like 2 days old,it was cold and it was hard to bite on. After less than an hour I started throwing up. After work I went back there to talk to the manager but he informed me that he didnt see me and that I would need a receipt to figure out what happened. Nothing was ever done. Worst experience with this branch. Never again! I officially get sick thinking of jack in the box in...

Worse Jack n the box I've been to anywhere in the states. We were the only ones in drive through and no cars where out front. We waited 20 minutes for our food. When we were at the window I saw ateam member assembling product with out gloves. They gave us burnt cold fries and the ketchup packets were covered is syrup and dirt on top of our fries. I went in and asked if it would be any trouble to get a new order of fries and ketchup. the cashier got her manager and she said no at first then I showed hery receipt showing we we're in the drive thru not even 5 minutes ago. She grabbed the bag out of my hands threw it on the back counter and said fine. She and her coworkers were talking in the back about how stupid it was they had to remake the fries while I was still at the counter waiting. When they were done she tried putting the dirty ketchup I showed her back in the bag. I wasted my lunch trying to get my favorite fast food.
