Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rocklin

I ordered on the app...paid for extra beef on my crunch wrap supreme. There is not extra beef on here (I've been to locations who actually fill out their crunchwrap supremes better than this!!! I've also worked Taco Bell many years ago. I don't think their portion scoops have changed and if they have than this is a crazy for "extra" beef!!) I ordered a large nacho fries with the nacho cheese sauce. It did NOT come with it. I ordered one of the lux boxes on their app and did chips and cheese as well. So not only did I not get extra beef but my crunchwrap was was paper thin...almost no sauce in it and thinly spread meat, missing a sauce. And most of my food was cold. We live down the street. It's a quick drive over (less than 1 minutes). We ordered ahead to make it easier. I've had mistakes at this location before. I'm getting to the point that I don't want to bother eating at this...

We requested our cheesy roll ups grilled, and the employee informed us that they "don't that here because it's too messy." Funny how all other Taco Bells in the area are able to grill cheesy roll ups without it being too much of a mess. We then asked for two burritos grilled instead. When we got our burritos we noticed one of them was not grilled, so we went back to ask for it grilled. A shift lead/manager greeted us at the door and argued with us immediately that we only asked for one burrito grilled. We then show him the receipt where it clearly states both our grilled and he takes the on grilled burrito back, grills it and gives it back to us without remaking the burrito. My pay did not increase the way inflation has or the way that all these other companies are boosting their prices. This particular location still allows me to get two cheesy bean and rice burritos for $2.15.

Usually I have a couple of workers with me and I'm buying food for them as well and knowing that this the most affordable Taco Bell in the area helps me on my bottom line but also helps me feed others at the same time.

If the owner gets a copy of this I just want to personally say Thank you for having at least a handful of items that are truly affordable for those of us who are not making big money. Thank you and...
