I visited this Jack in the Box at 6691 Stanford Ranch Rd, Rocklin, CA, around 4:24 PM, and the experience was disappointing. The drink machine was out of order, service was very slow, and the atmosphere felt empty and depressing—like nobody cared. The staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed, likely due to being understaffed. I overheard employees arguing after they messed up an order where a customer specifically asked for no lettuce but still received it. Meanwhile, every car in the drive-thru was being pulled around, causing even more delays. When my order finally came out, it took longer than expected and tasted lackluster, like it had been sitting too long or wasn’t made with care. On top of that, I spent a lot of money that day, expecting better service and quality, but it didn’t feel worth it. To make matters worse, the building itself seemed poorly maintained—I noticed a leak inside even though it was sunny outside, which shows a lack of care for the facility. While the restaurant was fairly clean, the combination of slow service, unmotivated staff, neglected maintenance, and disappointing food made the experience frustrating. This location needs better management, staffing, and upkeep. As it stands, I wouldn’t return unless things improve.

It was a really nice and clean place but the food left me very disappointing . I did not receive what i ordered and i tried to enjoy what i did get but it left me so gross and with a dry mouth. I don't think i plan to even go to a Jack in the Box. I ordered a sourdough sandwich but instead got a pretty sad croissant sandwich. The croissant was the most stale and disgusting thing I've tasted. I did like that the eggs were fresh. A heavily dissatisfied experience and that is no fun when traveling. 💔

It was a really nice and clean place but the food left me very disappointing . I did not receive what i ordered and i tried to enjoy what i did get but it left me so gross and with a dry mouth. I don't think i plan to even go to a Jack in the Box. I ordered a sourdough sandwich but instead got a pretty sad croissant sandwich. The croissant was the most stale and disgusting thing I've tasted. I did like that the eggs were fresh. A heavily dissatisfied experience and that is no fun when traveling. 💔

November 2, 2023. JUST DON'T GO HERE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. GO TO THE ONE BY ROCKLIN ROAD

sent April 24th, a couple days later talked to Rena (I had to call her) she magically put me off and didn't care. She talked to the associates and they denied it and she believed them. I can understand speaking with employees to find it but when a customer tells you the below info you don't call them and there daughter a liar.

Question for you, when you go through a drive thru do you like it when the worker reportedly asks "is that it? Is that it?" Over and over?  I personally am not a fan of it, let me order and I will tell you when I am done.

Location #3435 is HORRIBLE.  I have a family of 4 and eat there way to much. Yes there is a McDonald's nearby but the food is disgusting. A Carls Jr nearby but they are worse than McDonald's.   Maybe the fact that I get bad service every time is a sign STOP EATING HERE!!   Maybe it's time to listen.

Anyway while in drive thru tonight after another bad experience I waited until the employee walked away and took a picture of the sign in the window with your information. Turns out the employee saw me do this and 2 of them approached the window and gave me..and my 11 year old who was in the passenger seat the 3rd degree.  Are they serious?!!!   Going to question why I am going to complain, not only question but give me a really hard time and in front of my child?!!!

The last time we came here, (last week) they gave my husband a hard time when he asked where a chicken sandwich was, that he did order, and she argued with him saying he didn't. At this time all 4 of us were in the car,.

Today though final straw, think I am done.  I am sure you have cameras and can watch what went down.  Ooo and check out this bun on my burger! Doesn't it look...

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. LATE NIGHT CREW IS VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. STOPPED BY TODAY AND USED DRIVE THRU, OF COURSE THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG. DRIVE THRU LINE WAS BIG SO I DECIDED TO WALK IN FOR MY MISSING FOOD. GIRL AT THE FRONT COUNTER ( ARIA) ASKED WHAT WAS WRONG AND SAID THEY'D FIX IT. FEW MINUTES LATER SHE TOLD THE PEOPLE WAITING NEXT ME THEY ARE CLOSING THE LOBBY AT 10 AND THEY HAD TO LEAVE THE RESTAURANT. KEEP IN MIND IT WAS 9:53 NOT QUITE 10 ( CLOSING HOURS) SHE THAN LOOKED AT ME AND SAID " THAT GOES FOR YOU TOO". I TOLD HER I'M NOT WAITING OUTSIDE IM HERE FOR MY 1 ITEM MISSING, SHE RUDELY SAID ITS GOING TO TAKE A WHILE WAIT OUTSIDE. I TOLD HER NO! I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE INSIDE IN THE FIRST PLACE IF ONLY THEY DID THEIR JOB RIGHT. SHE KEPT BLABBING AS HER MANAGER WAS APPROACHING US, I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND SHE SAID I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE THEY ARE FIXING MY ORDER.
