Arby's — Restaurant in Rockmart

I Had a hard time placing my order in the drive thru. Then the lady in the window told me the total (ab $5.35) and I handed her a 20.. & she says, "okay out of 20".. then gives me $4 & some change back. 👀 I'm like, "I gave u the 20...just holding the $ in my hand out the window where she left it. They ended up having to count down the drawer & give me my $10..(wasting my time) ..Then I checked out the sandwiches.. (we initially went to Arbys in Hiram & my in-laws had the new Nashville Hot fish sandwich & they loved it.) So I'm checking & this sandwich looks nothing like the one they had just consumed.it literally looked like they threw some kind of Chile dust on top and that's it.. it was pretty pathetic looking compared to the others. Spent over $60, the server got my order wrong. I was missing a drink and the four other drinks were not labeled correctly. When I went inside another server looked at my receipt and said I didn't pay for the drink and I would have to pay for another drink. I asked for help in identifying before already paid for drinks, she was unsuccessful. A simple. I'm sorry this happened. We will either get you new drinks or identify the drinks that you have. For the past two weeks I’ve been trying to get a damn beef and cheddar and I just keep getting a Beef.

I only stop at Arby’s during my 30 minute lunch, it’s one of the few options we have in rockmart. I don’t have time to go back and correct it and I’m normally having to order for multiple people so I can’t check everything. I’m on a time limit.
