Read moreI normally don't worry if a order of mine is messed up.... BUT THIS CHICK screwed it up from the BEGINNING! My honey and I pulled up ordered the A1 Burger and instead of Fries he wanted TOTS! now, I know it gets hard to HEAR with thousands of things going on. I fully understand, but COME ON!!! we SAID it 6x! TOTS INSTEAD OF FRIES!.... ( come on seriously! ) Well, then when it came for me to tell them what I wanted... I thought maybe they will at least get this right.... WRONG!!!
I have been to this location twice and have been disappointed both times. The first time I went, I ordered two banana splits. It was a long wait in line, but that happens. When we finally got to the window they handed us a premade banana split out of the cooler that was half melted and said they had to make the other one. Obviously I don’t want old half melted ice cream so I gave it back to them and they PUT IT BACK IN THE COOLER. They had an attitude and told us that we would have to pull up and wait for them to bring it out. I did that and 20 minutes later they still had not brought the two banana splits out. Yet I saw at least 5 cars who ordered after us leave before us. I got fed up and went inside and the guy recognized me and asked one of the girls “what ever happened to those banana splits?” She said “I don’t know it ain’t my problem I’m taking orders.” Then he walked off. Neither of them acknowledged me. Finally another guy came up and asked what I needed and I told him I have been waiting 20 minutes for ice cream. Another five minutes pass and they finally start making them and then bring them out to me. Without spoons. Like seriously?
I decided to give another try last night and yet again it took forever. The girl overfilled the containers so they were leaking over and she was struggling to build a cardboard drink container to put them in because melted ice cream was getting all over. Then she had the nerve to tell my husband “don’t forget we accept tips.” 1) It is so incredibly rude to ask for a tip. 2) this is fast food, not a restaurant with table service. 3) the fact that she expected a tip after taking forever and handing us a mess of melted ice cream is comical.

Read moreWent through drive through at 11 20 am ordered combo #2 with cheese, mayo no mustard all veggies. Fries and large water. Received burger with mustard no mayo, water and no fries. Burger was cold. Went around the block, circled back into drive through. The lady at the window knew exactly what happened. She said she had just clocked in and grabbed the wrong burger for me. She was nice and apologetic. She assured me they would make my order again and bring it out to me. So I pulled over. They brought the new order out, apologized again and I left. I pulled over less than 2 blocks away to eat. My burger was cold, meat hard around the edges, cold in the middle and greasy. The fries were limp and cold. I truly beleive this was my original order that was sitting off to the side waiting for me to come back. I called, spoke to manager, Kim I believe. She immediately interrupted me and knew exactly who I was. She stated she had personally seen them remake my order and was defensive and argumentative with everything I said. She wanted to put my name on a list for a free meal. I told her I didn't want compensation, I just wanted her to know, someone looked me in the eye and told me my food would be made fresh and that is not what happened. Again she argued and said she would repremand the employees. I said I don't repremand them if you think I am lying about this. They probably had a good laugh and joke and called me a Karen. At no time was I rude to them, and for the most part they was kind and apologetic, except for the manager. She needs to take a lesson from her employees and not be so quick to argue.
