I had to deal with maneuvering Around the vertical wine racks with just enough room to get thru without breaking bottles of wine. After I paid he couldn’t ask me if I need help getting to my car or even to the open door. I think that was terrible and very poor customer service even after seeing me handicapped. Real poor judgement on the owners part. I went on opening day and there was lots of people! The owners are SO nice and they have a wide selection on tap. They also have a large selection they sell including gluten free beer which is great for my boyfriend who has celiac disease. I went for a breakfast sandwich the next morning with home fries and both were delicious! As was the nitro brew coffee! I am so excited this opened so close to me, and I will definitely be a regular. I went in for their deli and got a decent tuna sandwich, a diet coke, chips, and a package of stroopwaffles. The cashier's customer service was great but the deli worker didn't say much. What was said was kind of terse. Just saying "hello, what can I get you" would have changed this rating to a five star experience.
