Do not come to this mcdonalds if you expect to wait less than 1 hr, for any employee inside store to actually approach you to ask, do you need help or have you been helped. There are always 10 employees taking care of drive thru customers, in front of store to priortize food app deliveries. The culture of this store and how employees treat customers inside store at front counter is absoultely absurd, and rudest service you will ever see. There are always a handful of customers, silently suffering hoping 1 out of 10 employees at front of store will actually ask, do you need help or have you been helped, waiting 10, 15, 30 minutes. Doent matter how long you wait that question will never be asked. You will have to rudely, loudly ask hey can someone pls take my order at register for several employees to shoot you a nasty look like youre bothering them at home off work. Again if youre drive thru, a food delivery person no worries, youre in out in less than 5 min. But do not ever think, 1 employee will take initiative to ask of you need help if youre not in drive thru, not ever going to happen. I waited 20 min tonight before rudely asking if someone could help me. The elderly couple next to me whom heard me vent, politely stated hey it could be worse, we were here waiting 15 before you entered and no employee has asked if we need help. This dynamic never makes sense as this store doesnt ever appear short staffed, at any time you ll see 10 employees directly at front. No joke, go inside this store, wait in front to see how long it takes for someone to ask, do you need help or can I take your order. There are homeless people around the outside. If you come during dinner/rush hour, you will get the worst service. I ordered multiple sandwiches and when I get the bag in the drive thru, I notice they they are missing one. When I tell the person working the window, they ask for the bag back, cough in it, and then ask, what did you order again? It takes another 10 minutes discussing this situation until they finally give you that missing sandwich.
Once, I get through the drive thru and get ready to eat in the parking lot, I notice that the burgers are slapped together like a kid who doesn't know how to color in the lines. The burger is barely on bun. The bun has finger imprints on it. Or maybe a fist smashed it? The ketchup is on top of the sandwich. I thought condiments are supposed to be in the sandwich?
The nuggets ate thinner and darker here. I think they fried them too long. and when you want to eat that dried nugget, you realize that they forgot to give sauce.

Read moreI never write Google reviews but this McDonald's location deserves all of the positive comments already written and they deserve a RAISE!!! Even though I live much closer to the McDonald's near Pike & Rose, I go out of my way to this location almost every time. Everyone is polite here. I seriously mean everyone- drive-thru person taking your order/cashier, everyone preparing your food, and the women who are always handing me my drive-thru meal (they're especially kind). The employees don't act like they're miserable (even if they are) and they're always pleasant. I've yet to have an order made wrong here which we all know is rare for a McDonald's. The fries are always warm, perfectly salted, and not over-fried like at other locations. Around weekday lunch times there's the expected long drive-thru lines, but they're efficient enough that it doesn't take very long to get your food- and it's worth the wait rather than going to another location.
