I recently had the pleasure of ordering from this Chinese takeout restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I can confidently say that it's the best Chinese takeout in the area.
First and foremost, the food was absolutely delicious. Each dish was bursting with authentic flavors that transported my taste buds straight to China. The freshness of the ingredients and the expertly balanced seasonings truly make their dishes stand out.
One thing that sets this place apart is the generous portion sizes. You certainly won't leave hungry! The servings were so substantial that I had enough for leftovers the next day. It's not often that you find a takeout restaurant that provides both quality and quantity, but this one nails it perfectly.
Perhaps the most surprising aspect of this Chinese takeout gem is the reasonable prices. Considering the exceptional quality of the food and the portion sizes, I expected to pay much more. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. You get incredible value for your money here.
The overall experience, from placing my order to picking it up, was smooth and efficient. The guy at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, making the entire process a breeze. I will definitely order from them again. Highly...
Read moreMing's doesn't look like much from the outside, just a little takeout place, but we tried them for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered soup, a couple of different appetizers, main dishes, and drinks (bubble tea). The bubble tea was normal enough - not amazing but not bad either. The food, however, was really good, and some of it was pretty unusual, such as the spiral potato appetizer. Unfortunately for me, my kids loved that one so much that they quickly gobbled up my potato and didn't leave me any, so I'll have to get more next time. The one thing I have to warn people about is that when these guys have red pepper symbols on the menu, they mean business. I usually consider myself to have moderate spice tolerance, so I figured a dish with one pepper sign (out of three) should be manageable, but it was way too spicy for me to finish, although otherwise very tasty. So if you are not specifically a spicy food fan, I would recommend sticking to dishes without any pepper symbols, of which there are many. With that in mind, we will be happy to come back and get more food here...
Read moreMing's Chinese Restaurant, though newly opened with a clean and inviting atmosphere, left me very disappointed. The friendly staff created a welcoming ambiance, setting the stage for what could have been a delightful experience. However, prices here are on the higher side for Chinese cuisine, and the food, unfortunately, did not justify the cost.
I ordered General Tso's chicken and beef with onions lunch combos. Both dishes were bland and average at best. A glaring issue was the lunch combo's egg roll, which was packed with the rice in the same container. This made the crispy outer skin soggy and full of rice that's impossible to get off. Interior texture was also bland and the whole thing tasted like a cheap prepackaged eggroll bought at the grocery store. Additionally, the soups were notably lacking in ingredients, leaving them quite underwhelming.
Hopefully these issues can be fixed in the long run so we can have a good chinese restaurant option...
