Paisano's Pizza — Restaurant in Rockville

Ordered twice garlic knots from here this week, first time they were over cooked and garlic sauce was tasting terrible, called next day morning they said they issued store credit on my phone number which I tried to used that same day at night and I couldn’t use it, came to the store to pick up a ham calzone I ordered online and spoke with cashier who agreed to replace garlic knots from last night, after telling her to don’t overcooked the knots and to don’t used that same terrible garlic sauce, when I arrived home to eat the food I had the same issue with the garlic knots.

I’m very disappointed of this location after trying them for some times with the pizza which I didn’t like it because the cheese taste is very bad, the garlic knots are tasting bad every day. I used to live in NYC and they said they have NY pizza taste but that’s not even close to a cheap NYC pizza taste.

The pizza was made nice at the college park location but the Rockville Pike's location is more like a puppy's diarrhea poop. Maybe angry staff bent on destroying business via customer's dissatisfactions or poor management. Over-sauced, and you would end up scooping up the pizza with a spoon and knife. This is our second consecutive experience here, it's like they pour a gallon of sauce on the bread and the toppings wouldn't stay. Everything was floating like a puppy's diarrhea poop. Yes, this is the pizza in the picture. This is disgusting in look and I can't imagine feeding myself with this thing. I hate eating outside and it's just getting worse. Shame!!

Update!!!!! Someone reached out from the business and offered us another pizza which was much better than what was sold to us at our 2 previous purchases. We appreciate...

So I thought to myself it’s Friday, we are all stuck inside. Let me treat myself with some take out and support a local business in these tough times. So looked up some pizza places and this one stuck out. So I called in an order and was great by a lovely individual on the other side of the line. Place my order for pick up, they explained the process for pick up and off I went to snag the food since the location is super close to the house. I was greeted by the store Manager Manual, he was extremely friendly and very attentive, took all the proper procedures for ringing me out and giving me my food ( which was all sealed might I add). The overall experience was amazing and the food was super fresh, it was a great treat that’s for sure. I would highly recommend giving them a try. 10/10 in my book thank you to Manual...
