Sweet Bakery — Restaurant in Rockville

Horrible the lady who attend me had an attitude. I wanted to order a cake for my baby first birthday I ask her if I could taste the flavors they had for cake she said no I had to buy a Piece of cake just to Tates it. Well long story short I pay for half of the cake when I order it. But the one piece I bought home taste horrible my baby and family didn't like it. So I decided it was bad enough, horrible costumer service + bad cake I went back and ask for a refund same lady attend me she said I shouldn't have come to their bakery in the first place and that I waste her time which was the other way around it took her like 7 mins to find the Mickey Mouse cake page and than she stated talking on the phone ignoring me. She said she couldn't refund me cuz I pay by card she wanted to give me $50credit in the store which i said no which she responded again why did I come in the first place :( (I said no because I didn't wanted to come Back to a bakery where customer service is horrible). Than she call her boss to tell her I wanted a refund and that she told me that before I order the cake that she couldn't refund cards which she did not.it was just so bad I'm never going back. never experienced such bad costumer service in...

Worst service ever. I called beforehand to see if the cake I ordered was ready, she said yea. When I got there, she said I need to see your receipt. I told her I don't have it on me but I told her I can show the transaction from the card I used. I told her my name, number, what it's supposed to say on the cake and eveyhitng. She still wouldn't give me my cake, she was so rude about it and when customers that were Spanish would come in, she was the nicest person on earth. But since I'm not, she didn't want to give me the time of day, on the day of my sons birthday..smh! I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. Then call to speak to the cashier that helped me to prove it was me! She said how am I supposed to find out I have 5 cashiers. 5 WHOPPING CASHIERS! Such a waste of a day...

I ordered and paid for a cake here and the woman complained that because I didn’t bring a receipt (just has my name and number and the type of cake I ordered, all information I can give on the spot) that I was making it difficult for her. So instead of looking for my name on the list of maybe a dozen receipts she had on the wall, she answered a phone call and ignored me until she was done talking on the phone. What could have taken maybe one minute took much, much longer and the rudeness was extremely unnecessary. I usually come here at least twice a week but I won’t be going back. SERVICE is EXTREMELY important and they are consistently rude and taking personal phone calls when customers are waiting to pay.
