I think I finally found my go to taco spot in the DMV area. Been missing the street tacos in Cali and this place hit the spot. Al pastor marinade was good, not too spicy but flavorful, Carnitas were soft, and Carne Asada was good as well. Birria tacos were good too and the consome was perfect to dip your tacos in. This place could not be better. Everything is extremely fresh and not greasy at all. The tacos are amazing. Nothing fancy. Just classic LA style tacos done exactly right.

The lady who runs it is incredibly kind. You get the sense that she genuinely enjoys cooking just to make people happy and to see the smiles on their faces.

If you want to support a small business that runs mostly on love while getting the best tacos in the DMV this...

Good people and great food. Everything I tried has been exceptional, especially the al pastor Gringa, birria tacos, and carne asada. Why would anyone go to those horrible tasting Little Miner or Big Papi's places in Rockville Town Center? It is so easy to drive by this food truck without realizing it's there, but the food is amazing and that would be a missed opportunity.

They are next to the Flagship carwash and 7 eleven...

The folks who run this food truck are very nice and the burritos, tluyda, and esquite were seasoned and prepared amazingly. They also can do a ā€œburrito normalā€ which was great for my vegetarian partner! Will be back!

I have been struggling to find Mexican food in Rockville and Taqueria Cholula is the best!!!
