Hey Guys, I usually avoid to post negative reviews unless it made me believe that they deserve the review. We just visited this place, we ordered three milkshakes and we supposed to get cherry on top, As soon as we found out I send my son there to talk to them. He went there and stayed for 1 or 2 min to talk someone but no one care to acknowledge him or asked him what he want. I sent him again and again but no one care. At last I went there and stand there in order to talk but no one noticed me, finally I said excuse me and one employee said what he can do. I explained the problem and he was genuinely said sorry, and I explained they were busy. I understand that , while I was talking to him. Another, employee cut into conversation and asked what's wrong. I explained again about cherry on top and I also said it's ok. But, she wanted to give me cherries in the other cup. What's the point after I finished the drink. In short, atleast they should have acknowledged my son or helped him I would have not get mad. But, they should learn basic...

First of, i had a 1/2 off coupon on my rewards app to use on a Bahama Soda so i added to my order, so at the window the girl scanned my coupon(which immediately erased from my phone) but We still paid same price? When questioned the manager he did not understand my complaint, he said the girl asked me if i wanted to use my reward $1 and i said no? Like what?! So he ended up refunding the drink. Okay cool. But then when receiving my nephews sno-cone at the end, which we ordered the Sonic Seasonal with ONE SONIC CHARACTER SPOON ADDED but did not receive... We even asked at the speaker beforehand for it to be Tails character but she said they dont choose it since they are packaged at random.. but the girl at the window said we didnt not order one and that it would be extra- which mind you money was never the issue, its the concept of going to a place knowing very well how to order and the young girl at the window not knowing how to listen and take orders....
Read morePoor customer service! They messed up my order and over charged me (charged me $17). When I pointed out the error they proceeded to refund me the $17, then told me I would have to repay $16 to get my cones! So the difference was only a dollar?!?! And you tied up my money in my bank for 5-7 business days?! I was very upset with the teller at this point who was rude and non apologetic but she did admit that she messed up the order. When I told her to forget it all and just refund the full order and I was done with it all… she took back my kids snow cones (which she was going to throw away anyway) and said “ok so you’re not getting anything” to confirm… yeah and I just drove off very irritated because she totally should have let me just keep the snowcones at that point. That’s called good customer service and making your wrong a right with the customer. Clearly that’s not a concern for Bahama Bucks in Rockwall. Such a shame. I’ve been a loyal customer...
