Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Rockwall

I typically come here during lunch hours while we're on the project up here, working on the road. And I've never had a bad experience with this particular CFA! Sure, there's a momentary wait time, but that's warned about after I order on the app, and it's one of THE busiest businesses in the entire area come lunch time! Being in one of the literal biggest non-CDL trucks, it's a little difficult to find a parking spot, but it's typically worth it when I walk in, wait 2-5 minutes for my meal to be handed to me, and take it back to the truck. My orders usually get delivered as I request them, and if there's an issue, it's a non-issue, and just the usual tasty item. I get what I order. I usually grab the Grilled Chicken Club meal, and I'll add something extra, since my job is typically on-the-go, and I've yet to be disappointed, like I would from some other places. This CFA allows me to be able to survive the rest of the day on what I get from them. Given the next few months, I'm pretty sure some of the employees may even get to know me by name and sight before we're done! My family and I have been coming to Chick-Fil-A for as long as I can remember. What can I say, they make a darn good chicken sandwich. As a matter of fact, they make a pretty darn everything. I have not had something to eat that I did not enjoy. Most of the time the inside is clean and most of the employees are nice and accommodating. The last time my wife and I went to this location. Which is the closest location to our home (30 minutes away). We placed our order. My wife got a salad with an extra dressing. Despite the goodness of their chicken, it does dry up the salad a little. so one may need just a little more than one packet. And despite it being on the ticket. It is always left off and we have to drive back around and go inside to get it. They do give it to you, but that was time wasted that could have been used driving back home. Most of the time, I get the spicy deluxe sandwich. First time I've got a sandwich in a bowl. Nothing was wrong with the sandwich, just thought it was strange. There's nothing I can say about chick-fil-la that would make you go or not. The constant lines could tell you that they have no problems with their customers. The dining area was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon but we were able to find a table for 2 and a highchair. I don't visit CFA often so am not familiar with best/ worse practices but below is an issue that we experienced: We placed the order with a friendly/ patient associate and proceeded to the dining area. My son mistakenly placed the table marker on a table, walked away, and it went missing before I could get to the table. The associate that took our order came out and I told her what happened. She advised that she would bring us our food. Minutes later, there was a tray of food sitting on an empty table. I approached it to verify it was ours and it was.
