Best place to eat They have three sizes on crust 1. Mod- 11in simple thin crust 2. Mega- 11in thick crust 3. Mini- 6in for people who aren't hungry or for kids They also have cauliflower crust and gluten friendly (not free) due to the fact that everything else has gluten and they can't guarantee there being no gluten. They have a build your own section where you follow the line of employees where they place everything you love on the pizza of your dreams. They also have 9 simple pizzas if you don't want to build your own (shown below) They have a simple cheese pizza here as well called the "Maddy" where they donate an amount of money to a little girl named Maddy who has leukemia. They believe there is good in others and want to help her out, so if y'all ever order the Maddy let the people at the register know and they can help out Maddy. They have cheesy garlic bread that is made on a thick crust with minced garlic, olive oil, mozzarella and parmesan with a sprinkle of rosemary on the top. The pizza I make for myself is a byo (build your own) and it has 1. The mod crust 2. Red sauce (marinara) 3. White sauce (creamy garlic) 4. Mozzarella 5. Asiago 6. Ricotta 7. Pinch of parmesan 8. Red onion 9. Chicken They also have two different lemonades, one being the basic yellow and the other a Marian berry which is native to Oregon and Washington State. Also if you are new to the area, come try them out, you can order online and walk in and pick it up over by the soda machines, or if not, as soon as you walk in you can get in line over by the menu on the wall where someone will take your name and order and ask if it is for here or to go. They have three sizes on salads 1. Mini -small 2. Mod -medium 3. Mega -large Milkshakes are also served in one size 1. Blueberry 2. Strawberry 3. Chocolate 4. Vanilla Draft beer is also served There is a selection of bottles drinks as well such as cream soda and coke

Update: big improvements since they opened. They no longer look at me like I’m crazy when I ask for spinach on my pizza. And they are better about bussing tables. Glad to see they’ve gotten better. Meh. MOD's version of the build your own pizza just didn't work for me as well as others (Blaze being my favorite). The pizza itself is fine, but the topping selection leaves much to be desired. They don't have fresh mozerella, shredded only. They do have a few other cheese options (ricotta, Parmesan) but fresh mozzarella is a must imo. I asked for spinach on my pizza, and the guy looked at me like I was crazy. They also only have one red sauce. There's no spicy version (like at Blaze) and the sauce wasn't particularly flavorful imo. They offer a white sauce that I didn't try. My kids love it because they can build there own simple pizza. But I was underwhelmed. On top of the lack of topping selections, the place was just a mess. It wasn't even that busy, but they were out of sweet tea the entire time of our visit (which I informed them about) and we went to four tables before finding a clean one. They really need a busser full time to keep tables cleared and clean. I realize patrons are asked to clear their own table, but having a busser to insure this happens and tables stay clean would really be great. It's definitely a good place to visit for families. The pizza was not bad, and I like that they have different crust options (like cauliflower and gf). But a few weeks into being opened, and this location is still obviously struggling with efficiency. That combined with the lack of toppings equated to my 3 star, meh, rating.

Employees need to learn how to wash there hands before touch food. One girl up the just clocked in to go to work and immediately starts handling food bare hands. So while I'm observing her she starts to put her hands down her pants to adjust her underware. Then with her hands in her front pockets she starts scratching at her front private parts. Then she proceeds to get on her cell phone and leaning up against the counter where they cut your pizza after its been cooked. Then the pizza was ready to be taken out of the oven so she pulls the pizza out and then cuts the pizzas and touching the peoples food because the cheese was stringy so she pulls the chesses off the cutter and throws it back on the cooked pizza. Another employee with a beard proceeds to help her after touching his beard and cell phone, again not washing his hands or have gloves on. Then the night crew kids come in and they all clock in and start making food and not one of them washed their hands. DISCUSSING!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK. The owner needs to have all his employees go to training on health issues and cleanliness when handling food. They need to proper training. If I was a health inspector this restaurant would have been shut down until everyone was trained in food handling. One more, this this same girl takes a customers pizza and spills its ingredients on the counter and floor as shes headed to the oven, did she replace the ingredients, no, did she clean the mess up, no she left it there while her and the bearded employee got on their phone holding up the counter and then proceeded to trample all over it. ⭐ 1 out of 5 stars “MOD Pizza Rockwall: Where Salads Die, Time Stands Still, and Laura Reigns as Queen of Condescension”

Let me set the stage: I ordered a Caesar salad and pizza online—20 minutes in advance—thinking, “Hey, I’ll beat the rush.” Instead, I walked into MOD Pizza Rockwall and found a line longer than the plot holes in a Fast & Furious movie. Customers who strolled in after me were already digging into their pizzas while I stood there like an unpaid extra in a low-budget kitchen drama.

Now, the pizza? Whatever. But the salad? Oh no, that’s where this really goes off the rails.

I ordered a Caesar salad with romaine, asiago, parmesan... you know, like it says on the menu. What I got was a sad scoop of leaf-confusion—definitely not romaine, not spinach, not even mixed greens. It looked like they cleaned out the bottom of a rabbit cage and charged me $11 for the privilege. And the cheese? Nowhere. I’ve seen more dairy in a vegan coffee shop.

Naturally, I called. Aiden, who claimed to be the shift manager (he might've just been the guy who found the phone first), assured me the general manager would give me a call back.

But what I got wasn’t a manager. What I got was Laura—MOD’s reigning queen of arrogance and deflection. A customer service horror story wrapped in a hoodie and an inflated sense of superiority. She didn’t just talk down to me—she practically needed a lifeguard for how deep into smug she dove.

Laura told me I didn’t know what romaine lettuce was. That they don’t serve iceberg (sure fooled me). That the real problem was me. You ever been gaslit by someone who sounds like she just came from a TikTok rant about “vibes over accountability”? Because I have, and her name is Laura.

I wasn’t asking for much—just a salad with the right ingredients, a little respect, and maybe a manager who doesn’t treat feedback like a personal insult. But instead, I got a masterclass in millennial entitlement with a side of lettuce fraud.

Still no refund. Still no apology. Just attitude, incompetence, and Laura.

If MOD is serious about customer service, they’ll send Laura back to training—or at least hand her a mirror and a copy of How to Talk to People Without Making Them Want to Yelp You Into Oblivion.

Until then, skip this location. Unless you're into lettuce roulette and...

I miss the GM Jeff. Something has changed here and l asked as a regular customer to Joe the new GM his reply was “we have had the same cook over a year”. Well what is that suppose to mean when the last 3 xs my sons pizza has been burnt to a crisp and mine wrong. Jeff has my sons in the computer because of his severe food allergies and made it to where we call say the name they know the order. Well it kept being burnt so my son started going in to order and wait for it. Like you see it’s burnt before you put it in the box, but you still put it in the box. I have other friends that have mentioned their orders being wrong lately and don’t know why. I will say this Breyonna is amazing and knows our order and does her very best to get it right. Miranda is great too. I really want to put 5 stars because their is so much I love. I love that my son can eat here. I love the customer service. I love the fresh ingredients and their willingness to fix it. My issue is why is the ratio of getting it wrong is so high there now. We care about our food not just customer service. I don’t know if the ovens are off or what I would love to show pictures of each pizza from opening at this location to now. This place is one of those you love taking pictures of your pizza. You will see the major major difference and burnt texture. I miss Jeff’s attention to detail he would never send or serve the pizzas we are getting out. I wouldn’t need to complain because he paid attention to that detail. I love the people here and I just want the quality to go back to what it was. It’s awesome they will fix it, but hard that we feel we have to keep saying it’s wrong. I just didn’t eat the so called fixed pizza tonight bottom burnt burnt. My sons pizza is sauce and chicken so obviously don’t keep it in the same length of time as a normal pizza. Jeff come back and instill the detail back here please. Breyonna keep being your wonderful self. Joe you are kind on the phone and love you want to fix it, but you should check what’s coming out of the oven to your customers so you don’t have to remake and remake. I have the photos and dates to prove the difference. Soda machine is broken now a lot. What is going on? Fix it please. This was one of our...

I came in with my father in law and 2 kids. It was 8pm and they close at 10pm. There was a young man cleaning / packing up the condiments for one of the workstation. I stood there for 5 minutes and he never acknowledged me. No one else in line. I asked him if they were open. He replied I’m just closing this station. Looked like he was the manager. Stood there for another 5 minutes. I asked if we could order and he pointed at a kid with a hat and curls coming out saying he will take our order. That kid never came over or made eye contact. Another employee, a young girl, came over and started making a pizza and never made eye contact or acknowledged us. Another young boy came over and was bringing dough to the station and never made eye contact. There were now 4 people standing in front of us and not one made eye contact or said a word. We asked them if there was a problem and if they were going to take our order and none of them even looked at us and ignored us. The manager guy then said again he was just closing his station. We again asked what their problem was and continued to leave while talking to them and not one of them looked at us or said a word. There was about 3-4 tables full of people there that were wondering what was going on and it was really awkward. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a restaurant before. If the owner reads this, which we will contact, I’m not sure how you could have any of these people employed. They obviously were all on the same page and I feel like this happens often. It is 2 hours from close. 2 HOURS and they are packing it in. I am disgusted with being treated like this in front of my kids for zero reason whatsoever. Never said a word to them and just kept asking if we could order. This place has been going downhill for the past 2 years to where I will never go here again and I wonder why anyone else would too. I’m sure the other people in the restaurant that witnessed that were embarrassed and probably wont go...
