I don’t understand that location,every morning I buy the Salted Caramel Cold brew ,and 7 out of 10 they don’t get it right,that is very popular drink,one of only reason I get it is because of the salted caramel Cream over the cold brew!!For Heaven Sake let me teach you how it needs to be done it’s a tall Size that cost $5.68 that is quite bit for a coffe so at least learn how to do it!!!Pour the Cold brew make the THICK CREAM on the site with whatever salt or caramel,and just pour it on top(don’t shake it around)!!I don’t need a cold brew with whip cream or whatever foam on top that different person at time decides to put,simply cuz I can do that at home,you have one job you doing There Get it RIGHT!!!!!

First time at this location and the barista recommended the strawberry drink out of the two drinks I listed. I was very excited to try it until I got home, removed my sunglasses and realized the brown tinted strawberries were not from my sunglasses. Some of the strawberries were ROTTEN. I wasn’t willing to drive back, so I talked to a live chat agent and got a full gift card refund. I’m giving 3 stars because the strawberries should’ve been inspected for health and safety prior to putting in a drink. I also drank too much before noticing and am feeling sick now. INSPECT YOUR DRINKS!

0 STARS IF I COULD. I met the two most incompetent workers IN MY LIFE. The manager of this ridiculous store named Vania and Kailey a girl with red hair in a ponytail. The WORST Starbucks workers I've EVER MET. A few of the staff were okay and some of them were weird. I just moved here a few weeks ago. I was having a nice conversation with a young man at the window when the supposed manager yelled at him and wanted to me leave the drive thru while we were having a nice conversation. When I went inside to fix my drink I saw her yelling and complaining at the other workers doing their job. At night, a few weeks ago, the redhead was rude to me at the drive thru AGAIN. She made my drink wrong TWICE and rolled her eyes and gave me attitude when I wanted a remake. So rude. And the bathrooms with roaches and other rude staff was a HUGE RED FLAG. Please do not come here, I don't know why Starbucks allows these people to run these stores. My respect goes out to the few good ones I encountered (and trust me I only encountered a few good ones.) I'm giving it three stars for timeliness or lack there of. When I came in with my friend for an evening drink, she ordered tea and I ordered a frappe. However, for some odd reason she got her tea waaay before I got mine. Everyone else was getting their drinks and stuff that came in after us. I mean I love Starbucks but there needs to be a better system for getting out coffee and teas. The time before that I went in with another friend who only ordered hot cocoa. I got my frappe first and then 5 minutes later she finally got her cocoa. I get that there's a drive thru and whatever. But if people put in a drink order, all the drinks should be made at the same time not seperately... That's...
