Ethan's Tree Service had 20 men that needed food and we all agreed we would just buy 4 twelve packs 2 beef and two chicken we sent one of the men's wives to order and get the food , the place was not busy at all and we understand if the place is busy right at lunch we may have to wait but 20 minutes went by and no food so she went inside to ask what was up because they was not busy, it made no sense that it was taking so long . When the manager seen the woman picking up the food standing there she made it clear to the woman that was going to bring the food to the car to tell us we should never come there and order this much at lunch time and should call ahead and we would have, but we was right next door . At the flow of customers if this manager couldn't handle one order of this size how would she have handled the 20 men coming in and doing separate orders and she tried to make a point to tell us if we can't give her time to do these orders don't shop at her store . I have never given a bad review till now but if this store can not handle our order with the low traffic they had they need to do better training of their managers or get a new one that can handle the job . I will avoid this store but I still love my taco bell just this one...
Read moreOrdered thru app while in the pool. Waited 45 minutes. Get to destination of disappointment. No one in drive thru. 1 person inside. Only 2 cars in lot. Pull up and told it’s not ready, can I pull around. Wait another 10 minutes. Guy comes out tosses 2 bags at me and says have a nice day. Didn’t wait to see if order was correct. Order was not correct. Called out window, guy could not be bothered. In extreme hurry to get back inside. Did I mention I came from the pool. Not dressed for getting out of car. That’s why I chose drive thru. Have to go in for sauces. Clearly listed on all bags tickets. Not a single sauce given. Had I pulled up to drive thru would not have had to wait 45 minutes. There were 6 people working inside. There is no excuse for the wait, the order being incorrect or the rush to get back inside. I have lived in 7 states. Visited more than 20 states. THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL IN THE UNITED STATES. The food was terrible. The service is horrible. Entered the survey to explain my experience and couldn’t even receive an apology for the horrible service. Read moreMy husband ordered a burrito from the drive through. As he was starting to drive away he opened his bag to check that everything he ordered was there. He pulled out the burrito and it looked super small. So he opened it up and it was half eaten. Tons of bites taken out of it. Which is disgusting in general, but even more terrible when we are still dealing with covid. So he went back to the window and waited to talk to an employee. And they all ran away. He said it seemed like they were hiding. When one finally came to the window, he said he had grabbed one of the employee's half-eaten burritos and put it in the bag instead of a fresh burrito. My husband was super nice to them but I called a manager the next day to tell him what had happened and the person I spoke with was shocked, but then didn't apologize.
