I love canes. Ok I really like the chicken and sweet tea and bread. It’s pretty much all they have. It’s so good though right? Every time I come here the fries are either soggy or crispy- there’s no in between. Same goes for the chicken. But I still like to come here the food is delicious and it fills me up. So when I decided to come here for lunch it was no doubt that the food today was going to be either soggy or crispy. I was fine with it. I get home, open my box. The Bread was a little more crispy that usual but it was fine I didn’t care. So I’m sitting at my table, ok, eating my food. I feel something in my mouth. I thought it was a piece of fuzz. No, no, no. It was certainly not a piece of fuzz. It was a long black piece of hair. My hair was tied back into a pony tail. I checked my clothes to see it it was mine. But there was no way. I was disgusted, disappointed and dissatisfied with my food. I placed the long black piece of hair on to the table and I kept eating. I had to. Right? I mean when your spending $10 on a box of 4 soggy or crispy chicken tenders, and soggy or crispy fries you feel like you owe it to yourself to keep eating it. My food today was tasteful, but it was not worth the price. I have worked in the food service and I understand that these things happen from time to time. I am not angry with my order today, because I understand that working in the food industry is not for the weak. But I would like Rocky River Canes to improve the quality of their chicken, fries, and bread. Because fast food should not only be worth the time, but it should be worth the price (especially if you’re paying $10) PS- please take your time with brushing your hair and putting it back. Because neither of us want a long black piece of hair to end up in our mouths.

I ordered The Box Combo for take out which comes with four chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw and a regular fountain drink. This was my first experience eating Raising Cane's and the chicken strips were perfectly fried and juicy. The Cane's sauce was delicious but I also recommend you ask for some hot sauce to spice things up a bit. The price was reasonable considering the amount of food you get it came to just under $11.

My daughter went to pick up food for the family. The food was really good, but this guy wearing a polo handed her a note with his name and phone number through the drive thru. She is 16. She was very uncomfortable and he shoved the note into her bag telling her to call him

I ordered $100 worth of food and drinks. I specifically asked the cashier if there were free refills on the lemonade (which costs more than the fountain drinks) and he said "yes". Then later, when we asked for a refill on 1 of the lemonades (we had ordered 2 lemonades and 2 fountain drinks), the woman (Sara, or at least she said she was) said we had to pay. When I asked for a manager, she said she was a manager. I explained that the cashier had told us we could get refills, she said she was sorry and that he (the cashier) shouldn't have said that. Never asked me which cashier, never offered one refill on our $100 order to make up for the fact their employee lied to us.

Also, while waiting for our food, the same song was being played over and over again on their speakers (8 times, totally annoying). I went to the counter and asked why the same song keeps playing. The guy sighed and said "we have an employee that is doing that, I'll tell her to stop". The song played one more time and then a different song came on. As soon as that happened, an employee, who had been sitting in the eating area, got up in a huff and went to the kitchen. Guess who? Yup. Sara! The same one who later refused to give us a refill.

They lost me as a customer over the infantile behavior of one employee

Poor customer service and overpriced mediocre food. (Although the lemonade...

rudest customer service. will act like they cant understand you and will ask questions ahead of you in a tone that suggests they want to get one up on you. the girl took my money with a flick of her wrist which suggested some kind of attitude then handed me my change in an equally disrespectful rude manner. when i got to second window to get my food this girl asked me if i want ketchup with an oddly rude tone so i delayed a response and she already took off ahead of me and handed me my food. now i ask for ketchup and she gives me a snarky tone that it is already in the bag. her vibe and rudeness made me intentionally ask for something extra to confirm this rudeness. well she told me the extra cane sauce is 39 cents and when i drove off in refusal i hear her muttering “ok” in yet another rude gesture. didnt like the service so i called manager and the supposed manager was trying to put on a fake acknowledgment of my complaint so i decided to return my food and just get a refund. will never go...
