This was my mine and my work teams monthly meeting place for the past couple years. We've recently switched to another coffee chain to meet as there are a few issues with this location that just became annoying:
1.) The music is extremely loud. Loud to the point of where we've had to ask them to turn it down. It's a coffee shop, not a dance club. People are either trying to relax over a cup of coffee or they're working/studying/meeting. No need for excessively loud music. 2.) The temperature is either freezing cold or burning hot in the building, depending on where you're sitting. Big vents blowing cold air when it's snowing outside, and the fireplace going in the summer. 3.) Getting kicked out of the meeting room. Not even gonna get into that but, let's just say, we each got a complimentary gift card for how they treated us. Some of the staff have noses turned up so high they'd drown in a rainstorm. 4.) The parking lot is THEE WORST. This alone will make you want to go to another location. If you drive anything bigger than a Prius, you will likely hit the building or another car when you're trying to get in or out. Do yourself a favor and park at Whole Foods and walk over. 5.) Huge long lines and almost always messing up something on the order.
One positive that I will say, are some of the cashiers are so nice. Over the summer, I had put my credit card through the wash and it messed up the chip. My card would not go through after trying twice so, she gave me my drink for free. I had another card and cash but, she said no. That was very nice and I appreciated it.

Read moreI went in today 1/19 between 4 and 5 and had ordered my drink on the app. I got a free drink from using all my points and went to the “hot drinks” category to order my drink. When I went in it was very empty and not busy due to the snow storm. When I went to find my drink it was iced so I politely asked them if I was confused and if it was not my drink. The barista confirmed it was so I explained I wanted it hot and asked them to remake it if possible. When I did she continued to correct me and told me that it was cold because it “defaults” to that on the app. After requesting it being remade again she reluctantly agreed. Then I also asked if it could be made a venti, I was just curios because it was a reward drink and I accidentally chose a grande. She did not respond and instead rolled her eyes grabbed a venti cup then walked away. I have never received such disrespectful service at any Starbucks and for being such a slow day it was not as if I was bothering anyone excessively. I will not be returning...
Read moreCame in yesterday afternoon (5/8/24) and ordered a caramel macchiato and a mocha Frappuccino. I meant to order the caramel macchiato iced but I forgot. The barista (absolutely amazing team member named Atlas) saw my face fall when he handed me my hot caramel macchiato. When I told him I meant to order it iced he instantly said "I'll make you another one. You keep that hot one for free." While he was making the drink, I explained that we'd had a less-than-ideal mocha frap from another Starbucks location a couple of weeks ago and this one was a do-over for my wife. He made ANOTHER mocha frap to make up for the experience a couple of weeks ago and gave us both. Expected to walk out with 2 drinks but walked out with 4.
