Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Rogers

We have always loved Andy’s Frozen Custard. It’s been our go-to for dessert for many years. We primarily visit this location since it is close to our house, and for about the past year, we have been increasingly disappointed in the quality of the concretes. They seem to have cut back on the amount of mix-in. Every time we go now, it seems like half our concretes are just plain custard. It will be slightly mixed into the top and not much else. I usually get the Texas 2 Step and every time it seems I barely get any bites with strawberries. It’s definitely kept us from visiting Andy’s as much because, for the price, the quality just hasn’t been there. I sure hope this changes as we do love the way...

A sign on the menu board said to proceed to the drive-thru window to order. When I ordered a raspberry concrete the girl at the window stated they were out of raspberries. So I asked if they had a menu I could look at since I’m no longer at the menu board. She said, “no.” So I pulled up a menu on my phone. She then asked me if I’d pull around and get back in line, to which I answered, “no.” (There’s now a line of cars behind me). Then a bossy-manager type appeared at the window and excused her from her station to help me. I then ordered the Snow Monster, which was made terribly. Always great. Really busy last night. Had a drive through line all the way around the parking lot to the entrance. Also had a huge line at the window. Two suggestions for corporate. 1) you've got more than 1 window. Take orders at one and give out product at the other. Using just 1 window to do both causes confusion and craziness. 2) put some benches in the back of the store in grassy area so people with their food have additional places to be and don't...
