Last night, 01/19/2020, at 9:24 we arrived at Arby’s, with 3 family members in a car behind us, ready to run through the drive thru. We ordered, and as soon as we pulled forward and Robert D. (the Arby’s employee) opened the window, our experience was T E R R I B L E.
The first words out of Robert’s mouth were several complaints about the fact that we were ordering food 30 minutes before close. I was in the passenger seat, mildly annoyed, but my husband was driving and tried very hard to be kind and cheerful to Robert in hopes of improving our short interaction. Alas, my husbands attempts at being extra kind were thwarted as Robert continued to find opportunities to complain about what an inconvenience we were. He complained about the coupon we used. He complained about the fact that he had to work on a Sunday. It was maddening. The final straw though, came when Robert apparently felt comfortable enough to complain about the vehicle behind us (our family, unbeknownst to him) and the amount of coupons they were using as well as the time of night they were ordering, etc. At this point, I’m fuming and my husband continues to be kind since he’s very uncomfortable with the way Robert is handling himself. We finally get our items and as one last “wonderful” send off, Roberts again reminds us how big of a thorn in his side we are ordering food 30 minutes before the restaurant closes.
And according to my family in the car behind us, their experience with Robert’s brand of customer service was just as bad, if not worse. Of all the things I can say about Robert, I can’t say he isn’t bold, as he complained to their faces about their coupons and asked them why they thought using them at “this time of night” was appropriate.
I love Arby’s, but I will not be using this location ever again. I have never experienced this kind of complete and utter regard for customer service or general...
Read moreDisappointing. Came at dinnertime and We were not greeted. We stood at the counter waiting to order while the crew member finished texting. ordered a small fry and a RB slider for my kids. We watched the slider come down the tray and we waited for over 15 min for them to hand it out to us. The poor couple in front of us placed an order and waited for over 20 min for their order to be given to them... And the order was wrong. The crew member said that since they didn't pay for the extra fry that they wanted they would have to wait and place another order. It was not busy in drive thru nor lobby. Two orders on the drive screen and two orders on lobby screen. The crew member in the back was talking on his cellphone while working the fryer. There did not appear to be a manager on staff or if there was they were not present. This store has gone downhill, so sad because I worked at this location for over 2 years. I met my husband at this location and we got engaged in the parking lot lol this location holds lots of memories for our famil y but we won't be back after...
Read moreThree of us ladies and my granddaughter ate lunch at this Arby's today. Near the end of my granddaughters french dip, there was some sort of rectangular paper or sticker with different colors and a written 4 on it ... I took it up to the lady that took our orders and ask for refund of sandwich. She was aghast and said she had to wait on the manager to come from the restroom. After some time she had to call for her, which wasn't the problem. As she looked at the thing , she said I dont know how that got in there, it belongs on the turnovers . Well #1 , I don't care how it got in there ...but it did !!! #2 I felt like she was not believing the situation. Are you kidding me ? #3 she was totally rude from then on, very short and condescending. I honestly could not think of a reason she was so rude ? I handed her my card, she flopped it in the machine and not a word of consideration, no we are sorry....nothing !!! I will NEVER go to that Arbys again. Management needs some...
