Overall this was a very good dining experience. Really cozy interior, booths were a little low but I loved it. Lighting is subdued and warm, lends to an intimate atmosphere. We did an appetizer share, the calamari, bang bang shrimp, tuna sashimi, and crab cakes were all great- as was the bread with pesto dipping oil. The Asian dumplings, crab chowder soup and Cesar salad needed a little help, IMO. Dumplings…I am pretty sure they were frozen. And instead of thawing, steaming and pan frying they were dropped in the fryer. I say this because the edges were bubbly like a Rangoon but the middle was mushy and soggy. Our excellent server Cooper scooped them up right away and took them off our bill. The corn chowder soup didn’t seem housemade, but I could be wrong. My bowl needed a rim wipe, it was filthy in the light of my table. But it’s okay, things happen. It wasn’t really filthy, just not appetizing. The Cesar was overdressed, but otherwise okay. I’d definitely go back to bonefish again! Oh, coconut rum cake was killer.

Have been coming to this location for over 10 years. In the past this was my go to restaurant because I loved the bang bang shrimp, Imperial Longfin and the fresh hot bread with seasoned olive oil was amazing. Pros: *Nice attentive servers *Wasn't crowded at all when we went at 1 on a Sunday *My son said his salmon pasta was good. *Grilled shrimp were large and delicious. *They still serve bread with a delicious seasoned olive oil dip. *They still have a paper menu and do not force use of a QR code Cons: *They no longer serve au gratin potatoes which were delicious. They only have mashed potatoes they serve with an ice cream scoop. *They no longer serve Imperial Longfin. *Seasonal side vegetable was a sauteed spinach with lots of garlic but no seasoning. If you want creamed spinach they charge extra?? *Bang bang shrimp are small now not medium sized. *Fish and chips were slightly soggy without much flavor. *Bacon Mac and cheese, while good, did not have enough sauce and was rather small as a $5 side.

Genuinely one of my favorite places to eat. The food is great, but the servers and drinks are what really impress me here time after time. This weekend we had a waiter named Trace (I believe). Extremely friendly, informative and attentive. They had just run out of crayons for kids menus, so he and the manager found the kids at our table a bunch of highlighters to use, which I thought was cool. Before we finished dinner they had already replaced their crayons and offered them to us. Very impressive that they cared so much. Tropical heat drink is so good, and it's actually pretty dang spicy. Bang bang shrimp, always amazing. Ahi tuna sashimi was perfect too. Another textbook dinner at Bonefish!

I recently had an absolutely delightful dining experience at Bonefish Grill that exceeded all expectations. It all began with a phone call to Greg, the manager, while I was enduring a disappointing meal at another restaurant. I explained our predicament at another restaurant (see my Google review), where they had run out of several items. Greg, understanding the situation, assured us we’d be taken care of and mentioned they were open until 11:00 PM, which is a rarity in Northwest Arkansas.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the incredible Andrew, our waiter for the evening. Let me tell you, Andrew provided the epitome of exceptional service. His professionalism, attentiveness, and recommendations were on par with what you'd expect in cities like Houston, NYC, and LA. His suggestions were spot-on, and his ability to anticipate our needs truly enhanced our dining experience.

Speaking of recommendations, when ordering our pre-dinner cocktails, Andrew suggested we try Jefferson's Ocean Bourbon alongside our beloved Basil Hayden Old Fashioned. What impressed me the most was Andrew's thoughtful gesture of bringing one of each, in the event one of us was displeased with his suggestion. It's the small touches that set an excellent waiter apart from the rest.

Throughout our meal, Greg made appearances at our table to ensure everything was to our liking. His genuine concern for our satisfaction further elevated our dining experience and left a lasting impression.

Now, onto the food! Every dish we ordered was a masterpiece in flavor, texture, and presentation. Each bite was a culinary delight, and it's evident that Bonefish Grill takes great care in crafting their menu offerings. The new dish, Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts, was on point—flash-fried Brussels sprouts tossed in a sweet and spicy Kung Pao sauce, topped with toasted macadamia nuts and fresh cilantro.

The atmosphere at Bonefish Grill in Rogers, AR, is both inviting and sophisticated, effortlessly blending modern elegance with casual charm. As you step inside, you're greeted by warm lighting, stylish decor, and a relaxed ambiance that sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. The contemporary design features sleek furnishings, creating a welcoming space that feels both upscale and approachable.

Overall, our experience at Bonefish Grill was nothing short of extraordinary. Thanks to Greg's and Andrew's impeccable service, as well as the outstanding quality of the food, Bonefish Grill has earned itself a new regular customer in me. Thank you, Greg and Andrew, for saving our evening—looking forward to seeing you again in the...

July 31, 2022. We were staying at the Embassy Suites nearby and went to Bonefish Grill a nice dinner. The entre I ordered came out with the batter coating under cooked and doughy. Fish inside was slimy and had a sour taste. Waitress was uncaring and no manager ever came to talk with me regarding my meal. The entre was uneatable and returned. The entre was taken off the bill and the waitress acted as if she really did me a favor? Uncaring staff and management. Now hoping what I did eat doesn't make me sick.. August 1st I called before closing on the 31st and spoke to Hector because I was experiencing trouble indigestion and loose bowels. Hector identified himself as the manager on duty during my visit. He stated that he was not made aware of any issue regarding my meal, nor was he told that I had requested to speak with him. He offered to send me a coupon for a future dinner, which I rejected and questioned him as to why I would come back into his restaurant after my poor experience and current condition. I asked him to leave my information for the general manager, who Hector identified as Arlissa. He assured me that she would be in the next day at 2:00, and she would call me. I was traveling back home today and called for her after not receiving a call from her. I was told she could not speak with me at that time, but she would call me back. Here it is nearly five hours later and no call back for her. I hope it is clear to anyone reading this that BoneFish Grill wants everyone to believe that as a company they are local and caring to their customers when they are in fact not. The email I received to my initial post seems caring until I actually did contact the website and got nothing but some promise to get back to me. What a crock of fish poop is that? BoneFish Grill does not hold itself to a high customer service standard and this is reflected in the attitude of its management and staff. You have a choice when it comes to dining. I was told that the Chop House, which is less than a block away, is really good. We will be trying the Chop House next...

I have been here twice with two very different experiences so thought I would share. The first time was absolutely phenomenal. Great food, great service, great vibes. Which is what drove me to try the 4 course experience they offer monthly. Onto my second experience... First of all the event was postponed because of weather but I was incredibly impressed by how communicative they were with having to postpone the event. It made me incredibly excited because I felt they were very sincere and organized... For the actual event: We arrived a bit early for our reservation and waited about 20 minutes (not unusual because we did arrive early) but the entire check in and seating process for the event seemed disorganized and very stressful for the staff. Having to wait in a very small and overcrowded space was unwelcoming. Once we were seated the table arrangements were absolutely awful...our table of strangers we were sat with all agreed we felt like sardines in a tin can. There was absolutely no room at all to move your arms. OUR SERVER WAS PROMPT AND VERY NICE AND ATTENTIVE. As for the food, it felt very subpar. The salad was thrown together and my main steak entree was cold when I received it. i would have said something but the staff basically just handed out dishes and left immediately. Water glasses were left unfilled and it all felt very rushed. There was no explanation of what each dish was and it was very uncomfortable trying to enjoy cold food while touching elbows with a stranger. I will say the shrimp was very good and the dessert was the most incredible thing I've had in awhile but, the entire experience was incredibly disappointing and I'm sad about it. I will continue to go back for an individual experience where I can actually get complimentary bread without paying $120 but the 4 course dining experience needs some serious work. For an advertised special dinner for Valentines Day (adjacent) I feel my...
